First time here. Waited outside right before opening. Online portal didn't allow checking in prior to store opening. Upon store opening @ 10, was able to check in online for 11am (first available time slot). When technician opened the door to welcome us in, advised they'd likely be able to take me prior to 11, since the first hour is walk-ins. Was able to be seen around 11:35-ish, so yay! Justen was maika'i nui - kind, aloha, gave professional recommendations, considered how I wear my hair. Both technicians there seemed very down to earth. I walked out feeling so much better just by a simple supercut (about 4 inches off and sone layering) by a great artist. Highly recommend. Will return.

We live in Hawai’i kai, needed a change of scene, took my mom and grandma for all 3 of us to get haircuts, was a little hesitant at first, but glad we stayed, had this gentleman named Justin. He was just amazing, friendly, professional punctual and down to earth. He did beyond amazing with all of us. Definitely driving out there Everytime for a haircut just for him. If I could give more stars I would. It is very difficult dealing with my mom and grandma, they were so pleased. He handled them so well. Thanks again!!!!

Mei the lady with the short gray hair did my daughters hair for prom a couple weeks back. She curled and put the front up in hair pins and made my daughter look and feel simply like a princess. She enjoyed herself and got compliments from all her friends. I brought my younger daughter in for a long layer the week after and she hit it right out of the park. Thank you so much Mei....

DO NOT GO to MEI (Meinette) to cut your hair. She does a horrible, butchering, crooked, non-sensical job of cutting hair!! Iʻm upset that this place continues to even allow MEI to cut peopleʻs hair, knowing the emotional pain that sheʻs inflicting on unsuspecting customers! Not posting pictures--itʻs that embarrassingly bad--just know that this person, and her scissors, is roaming out there POSING as a competent stylist. (Would have given no/zero stars if allowed on YELP)
