Excellent customer service! We found a better Yeti thermos online after purchasing one from their Pearlridge store and called every T&C and found what we wanted at their Windward Mall store. The associate there put on hold what I selected and did a quick exchange with no problems!

Stopped to get some gifts before heading back to San Diego. While shopping my blood sugar dropped. Malia and Vince came to my assistance with a chair for me to sit on and then offered a candy or a Cinnabon for me to eat. 1 reason I miss home the aloha spirit.
