Ever since my kids were born, one by one, I've opened all of their accounts with Territorial. I oike the fact that they still use savings booklets, I like that they have fewer branches and shorter hours. It helps the SAVING part. Not easily accessible for all of us ,so the money is safe from (lack of) self control. When the kids earn or receive gifted monies, I normally make them physically do their transactions. This particular location isn't crazy busy, so its the perfect spot for my kids to learn the ins and outs of banking and financial success. The tellers are always very friendly and willing to help me and my children with any of our needs. Since this building is on its own with just a few other businesses, parking is great. If this location weren't so far, this would definitely be our go to branch!

I love the lead teller! I don't know her name but she is super fun and pleasant! She is always there and gives me the information I need to know that will benefit me as a customer, things that I didn't even know TSB offers or does! She makes my kids and I feel comfortable! Z Thank you for being such a great person! Don't ever leave or retire for as long as you are there this location will be my go to bank!

My experience started off great with Chris. However my experience has been nothing but subpar. I returned a call from this branch today. Lona answers the phone but saying "Hello" she did not introduce herself or state the business that I'm calling. It was like I was calling a land line and someone was saying "Hello" my mortgage company keeps debiting this bank account and I've tried to cancel it with my mortgage company. Being that this was the second time they try to debit this unused account Lona decided to close all my accounts with the bank. Literally for no reason. I have never been to the bank that is so inconsistent that lacks customer service. The products and services they have doesn't meet my needs and I'm so glad they did me the favor by closing my account. Why I hesitated I'm moving my investments and complete banking over is because I was unsure that this Bank wouldn't give me what I'm already getting with a major Bank in Hawaii and my credit union. to me it wasn't worth the switch which is why I've never switched. The did absolutely nothing to prove that they are better than the competition. Management you need to train Lona in customer service. I am not bitter that she had closed my account for no specific reason. I'm upset at the way things were handled. therefore as an elite member I will not and cannot recommend this banking institution.
