“Usually quick and easy to drop off our things. They ask if you would like a receipt. Sometimes there's some miscommunication amongst the workers but they treat customers or people donating very nicely.”

“Great spot, very friendly people, super clean neat and organized, good prices, had parking, really enjoyed an hour at this place! Bought some greeting cards and crafts and a book. Lots of great clothes in good condition. Nice locally owned shop!”

“Love this place! The staff is always so friendly even on their busiest days. Clothing prices by far the cheapest on the island for any thrift shop. Love the sales they throw and the punch card system! Definitely a hidden gem.”

“Really a 3.5, but least round up, I guess. Great store overall. One of my favorite thrift store to shop. Mix reviews for pricing on items. Most times it can be pricy for second hand, but I've found some great deals as well. Good luck finding color of the week on clothes, I haven't been seeing any color of the week for pants, button downs and t-shirts, which is odd. It seems like the store is forcing customers to buy the new rollout rather than shop for deals or i could just a late bird. ‍”

“10x better than the overpriced and trashy air force spouses thrift shop. Unlike the air Force side they have a good reasonablely priced selection and much friendlier staff/volunteers.”

“At the trift shop, all of the items are second-hand and have a lot of ups and downs. If you don't choose electrical equipment carefully, you can end up making a big loss. There are no returns or refunds.”

“Thrift Shopping in Aiea, O'ahu, Hawaii...One person's trash is another person's treasure!Since I was on this side of the island, I decided to take a look at the Goodwill store. Located at the front left of the Harbor Center entrance, Goodwill is visible from Kamehameha Highway. This is one of the larger Goodwill stores. It's a warehouse type of environment with high ceilings and fluorescent lighting. The 50% items are indicated by a specific color. The color changes every Monday. Also, there are $1.99 items (last chance) and the tag color is different from the 50% items.I've been lucky and have found designer dresses for $10 and even $5. This time, I found a Christmas dove to place on the wreath at my mom's house. Note: Mom was looking for red birds at Ben Franklin, but wasn't able to find any. I thought that this might be a good substitute.Anyway, you can join the Rewards Program with your phone number and get more discounts with each purchase! It's for a good cause!Reuse, recycle, and reduce!”

“So military bases sometimes have thrift stores....how cool is that! Since I like to support our troops and save money, this place was a god send for me (hold your horses, I know proceeds dont fund the troops). Yes, you need to have military access to come here and if you have that you're golden! They had some of the best prices I've seen on the island, I found a vintage Def Leppard shirt for $2 and otherwise found really cheap clothes to wear to the beach and work. It was double punch day when we went so I took part in that and gave the card to my friend who is local. All in all, one of my favorite thrift stores on Oahu!”

“Recycle, Reuse, Reduse... It's something I do try my best to do so in every way possible and I've been lucky to have that need without much hesitation though my budget of that does have it limitation to stretch it as much as possible and I have donated anything that I think that could be useable as much as possible. Thrifing is another way to express that stretch as I do keep in mine that anything though a few things here are brand new and not to be just thought as used for some that cringe at the thought of it and am grateful for places like Goodwill that shares the giving nature of Hawai'i has to offer. This Waipahu is on the smaller size but is so nicely organized to have just everything that the other large location has including a fantastic selection of the current holiday decor (Halloween) and having this option in this location is absolutely nice to have and though I didn't find anything today I loved it and will be back when in the area again. Thank you!”
