“Jojo did our oil change and she did a wonderful job. She was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was able to stay in the car with my kids which was nice and convenient. We were able to bring in our own oil and use a coupon. It was affordable and pleasant so I will be back again next time!”
“I thought my car had an alignment issue but the alignment shop I was at told me it was my front tires that needed changing. Costco does 4 tires only and I would've waited days for my appt. I called JA and they took me same day and the tire swap and balance was crazy fast. 5 star service easy.”
“I can’t say enough good things about DJS Motorsport! They did an outstanding job repairing my Jeep and fixing the shaking issue I was experiencing on the freeway. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My Jeep now drives smoother than ever, and I feel much safer on the road. Their attention to detail and dedication to quality work truly set them apart. If you need any repairs or maintenance, I highly recommend DJS Motorsport – they go above and beyond!”

“American Tire Company really is the best, the customer service is great, prices and options are better than Costco, and I’m in an out quickly…100% recommend (and I promise this is a real customer review, I bring both my cars to the Kapolei location). Aloha.”

“I've replaced a lot of tires over the years and Costco Kapolei was one of the best experiences. New BFG K03s on a Tacoma: Ordered online and was delivered in less than a week. Local competitors quoted over $400 for the same tires. Made an appointment online but was almost two weeks out for an available appointment. Visited the shop counter on my way home from work to pick some groceries. Explained that my tires needed immediate replacement and they booked me an appointment for the next morning. Showed up for my appointment. They said it would take 90 minutes. They called 45 minutes later and said the truck was ready for pickup. Tires look great, balanced, and no scratches on the rims.”
“Early Sunday morning, a nail punctured my tire and triggered a low tire pressure warning. I went to the Kapolei location, which is open on Sundays. Unfortunately, the tire was out of stock, so the repair had to be done the next day. However, as soon as the tire arrived from another branch, Eita at the front desk promptly called to let me know, and Haven, the technician, handled the tire replacement smoothly and efficiently. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The pricing was reasonable, and there were no issues at all throughout the two-day process! (It might be better to go there in person rather than make an online reservation.)”

“The team here is top notch! They genuinely want to help and with aloha spirit. I’m absolutely grateful for them setting me up with great pricing and having someone come out to change my tire for me. That is such an excellent service to have. Gave me piece of mind knowing that they could come to me and work with my convenience. I’d definitely recommend them to friends and family. 10 out of ten for sure!! MAHALO!!! Especially to Kona, appreciate you handling everything for me! Much aloha!”
