Home Depot for da DEALAGES!Honestly, whenever I wanna do something around the house, but am unsure of how to do it, I normally shop at City Mill.City Mill is a great hardware store to go to if you wanna shop local, & support local, And as an added bonus, if you're unsure about doing a task, normally, City Mill will have a knowledgeable sales associate on the floor who is able to share his/her knowledge with you. When one shops at Home Depot, more than likely you'll be hard press to find someone on the sales floor to help you, so if you have some kinda task you need to do, ya better know how to do the task before even considering buying stuff from Home Depot. As for me, I find Home Depot a great place to shop if you're looking for great prices on hardware items, and if I already know how to do the task, finding someone to talk to is not an issue. On my recent adventures to Home Depot, I just so ended up in Kapolei as I was actually fixing/doing some work inside of Home Depot. After I had completed the task, I remembered that I had to buy some concrete to fix some cracks & holes in a rock wall at my house. While looking at the concrete section of Home Depot, it is pretty mind blowing at how many variations of concrete that a hardware store can offer.Unsure of what type of concrete I actually needed, I was lucky enough to find a sales associate on the sales floor, and upon showing him some pics on what I was trying to accomplish, he quickly suggested to me on which type of concrete would do the job.Great customer service, and even better prices..........can't ask for more than that!

Got everything you need especially if you have downloaded the Home Depot app from the play store for your phones because that app can cut your wait or human responses massively, when the numbers are correct.

Went to Home Depo Kapolei Friday evening Dec 2rd around 6:30 pm. Thank you to your team member for great customer service in the paint department who color matched our paint from a TINY little chip sample. The color match was spot on. We appreciate the accuracy. We will be back. I apologize I don't have his name and I hope he is recognized.

I ordered a item online it said it was in stock they charged my credit card and said it will be ready for pick up the following day, get a message in the morning next day and said my item was out of stock, why don't tell update and confirm the item stock before going with charging your credit card and make you wait 5 days to get a refund, terrible customer service

Home Depot is another large home improvement store that provides a wide variety of products. Like Lowe's, Home Depot has an app that helps you locate, scan, and purchase items for pickup for your convenience. This large warehouse stores a variety of plants, tools, hardware, and more that I am amazed at how clean and organized it is. Staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. They had many staff on the floor to assist, and there's always someone asking if you are ok and need help with anything. What I also like about Home Depot is that they lend out tools (charge by the hr) and they have a 1 yr return policy on plants (dead plant with receipt gets refund) ParkingPrivate lot with ev chargingPaymentCash or credit

Home Depot is a place our family frequents often. I love their selection of plants - from flowers, herbs and even a section where plants are native to Hawaii. Why get a bouquet of flowers that will die in a week when you can get a plant with flowers that will keep the bloom for months! We come here to buy everything from paint, appliances, light fixtures, doors, wood and much more. I have even used their rental section for tools and carpet shampooer.Lots of parking and decent prices on most items.

I placed an online order then found out the price is lower at Walmart n Lowe's. I came to store to pick it up and asked for price match. They said they don't match with Walmart. Then they check on Lowe's website. Same item lower price. But the staff just click back n forth for a while. Said nothing. I couldn't wait. So I left

One thing about this store is you could find all the employees in orange but not one person could help you find what you are looking for or have any knowledge on the products that are being sold at this store. The restrooms are gross especially the ladies restrooms. We love coming to this store to buy all our home projects needs but they got to do better.

We scheduled an appointment for an agent to come out and check on our AC and also to give us a quote afterwards. Appointment time and date came, no reminder calls before or let me say no calls at all was made. Nothing. We waited and waited thinking they're running late, nothing. So, I wouldn't recommend on it. The funny thing is they tried to get us again when we were at home depot in Kapolei.

It was close to closing time and I was over at the self checkout looking for the ring doorbell, it was locked up. I asked Steven, Home Depot Associate, if he could unlock it for me. And he did it with a smile and an uplifting attitude. I hate being that customer that comes in close to closing time but I was adamant about getting my errands done. Steven was very amicable. Shout out to Steven for making my Home Depot experience a great one!

Unable to find parking Sunday morning until 10AM when the adjacent New Hope church gets out. Despite signs, church goers are taking over shopping parking. Who pays for this?

Purchased a refrigerator, 08-26-22, displayed "On Sale" and in store. Delivery date was set for 08-30-22. Contacted the delivery company and was told the delivery date been pushed back. The date was changed three times. No explanation from Home Depot. One call resulted in a tentative time of 08-31-22, with a four hour window. When we didn't receive the call to confirm, I called and the date had been pushed again. We went to Home Depot and were told the refrigerator would was, in store and was scheduled for delivery 09-02-22 between 1-5 pm. Again, no explanation on the delivery changes. There is more but I will post that another time if need be. The original sales person did everything to see that we got the best service we could expect. Too bad her excellent efforts have been over shadowed by the poor delivery service. Christie was excellent. Thanks to her. Also, to Misty who helped resolve the issue. Hopefully, this delivery will be made as stated.

SHORT STORY: If you're looking for major appliances, go literally ANYWHERE else, because this is not the place to do it. They have great sales for things that aren't available, and then when things go wrong, the issues do not get resolved in a timely manner because they don't make it a priority. Customer service is a joke. They have no idea what they're doing or how to make it right for the customer, nor does it seem like they care, which is disappointing as I haven't had any issues before trying to buy major appliances from them. This location isn't bad if you're buying small things and know exactly what you want, I wouldn't go here for anything else. LONG STORY: Tried to buy a kitchen appliance package deal because the price was AWESOME: a fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, and microwave for around $4,000. Ordered it beginning of May, expected delivery ending of June. Then it got delayed until July 14. Bummer, but oh well. Went to pick up some paint from Home Depot on July 4 and saw the SAME EXACT SET we bought, but for $500 cheaper! It would be a different story if our appliances had showed up on time, but since it was running late and it was now on an even better sale, we figured we should be able to get the better price. First of all, the lady we spoke to about this tried to argue with us and refused to believe it was the same set. We had to walk over there with her and match the item numbers with her one-by-one, and of course, like we tried to tell her: it was the same exact set. Then she kept giving us excuses as to why we couldn't get the cheaper price, and she was being pretty rude about it. We wasted about an hour of back and forth before we just canceled everything and decided to just buy the fridge by itself. We originally decided on the set because it was a good deal, but all we really needed was a fridge, so whatever. Fridge was expected to come in July 16. Cool. Fridge came in as scheduled, but the glass door was shattered, so the delivery guys let us know what to do from there. They told us they ordered a replacement and we just needed to contact home depot to schedule a new delivery date. I spent 2 weeks trying to set up a new delivery date because for some reason, it became some complicated issue that only a rocket scientist could figure out. Every time I'd try to call, I was just given a "someone will call you back within 24 hours" but no one would ever call. I even went to the store to try to talk to someone in person but apparently the only person that could help me wasn't working, because everyone there just shrugged their shoulders and offered their empty sorries, and again told me "I'll leave a note for someone to call you back". Meanwhile, it's been 2 months and I still don't have a fridge that I paid $2000 for. Anyways, when I finally was able to contact the only person that seemed to be able to help me with my situation, it took her 10 minutes to figure out the issue was. So why did I wait 2 weeks for something that should have only taken 10 minutes. I try to be understanding that maybe they're busy or short handed, but when I went there, there wasn't even a line for customer service and they were just standing there talking story, so it's kind of hard to believe that this was the case. Even so, each time I spoke to someone, they really didn't seem to care that much about helping me or that I was upset. The whole order ended up getting cancelled and I decided to buy the same fridge from Best Buy, and the fridge was delivered 5 days from the date of purchase with no issues. It costed like $200 more, but it was worth it since Home Depot wasted 2 months of my time, and also thoroughly upset me and stressed me out. Sometimes the cheaper price isn't worth it.
