Items may look nice, if you ever get them…. We attempted to make four purchases. The in stock item is good quality and we are happy with it. Out of the other three orders…1 was delayed 2 months and arrived damaged1 is delayed 2 months and still has not arrived1 is delayed 2 months and still has not arrivedExpect 4-6 month delivery, unhelpful and inaccurate updates on delivery times, and poor responsiveness to inquires

We love our couch and chair! We have 2 very hairy and messy dogs so opted for the stain resistant fabric. Love that the covers are all removable so we can wash if we need to! Ordered it and had it delivered and set up 1 week later. William was a pleasure to work with and super responsive and helpful.

purchased a charm bed frame as Christmas present for son. Placed order end of December and was given Delivery date the week before Christmas to his apartment . As date approached i checked delivery status and nothing was showing. Did not receive amy communication until close to delivery date saying delivery now pushed back to early January. Once that date past I tried calling - you can only to customer service to place an order. Once order placed only way to communicate is via text or email. I continued to check delivery update and when first part of delivery arrived Jan16th i texted to find out where ohter part of delivery was. Finally arrived 2 days later. Son put is bed together and sasy quality is good and looks as described but customer service would bet a poor review from me. I had to keep checking for update on delivery whick was a month late .. They were happy to charge me once order placed. I will not do business with this company again. very frustrating to deal with them

Delivered on time, as requested. Very good quality. Stains came out with a Clorox wipe. Super comfortable. Wouldn't recommend white if you have a lot of pet fur, though. But still very easy to clean.

Valyou arranged shipment of our sofa 2 days after our purchase instead of over 1 week. Everything arrived in proper order and the delivery people were very polite and helpful.

My living room needed a new coffee table badly! I was looking at Valyou furniture because I have bought a few items from them before and found this amazing coffee table that looks perfect in my space.! It's large enough to accommodate my whole family sitting around playing Board games, card games and just watching movies with snacks. It's exactly what I was looking for and the price was just right! The table is beautiful and sturdy and delivery from Valyou is always on time. I highly recommend checking Valyou furniture out for upgrading your home furniture online or their two stores on Oahu.

*****UPDATE I received my order on 12/22 (3 days earlier than scheduled) which was great! Metro did a great job communicating and delivering the product. The couch is very comfortable and great quality. I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth. I will say it's disappointing that a great product has such poor customer service. I believe that if this company can improve their customer service, it will be one of the top furniture companies out there. ------------------------------------------------ Not having a phone channel to communicate is ridiculous. The order was NOT promptly booked until AFTER I had to communicate several times that day asking about my order and expressed my frustration. And then it wasn't until after I made a negative review that the shipping location was immediately updated. Also, I HAD to call about the delivery. No one called me. Please look back at your "records" and this will be verified. But AGAIN-this is the worst customer service and furniture buying process I have ever encountered. Hopefully the delivery arrives on time as scheduled so I can update with at least one positive thing about this company.

I ordered a Feathers Sectional and received it in June. Delivery and everything was perfect. I use the sofa about three times per week for 2-3 hours. I am a lightweight person. After 6 months, the spot where I sit to watch TV is almost without feathers already. I basically sit on the frame. I contacted customer service and they told me to fluff up the seat cushion. That is impossible since it is very big and bulky. They also suggested I buy more feathers and push them in where the dent is. Again, I don't think that should be necessary after 6 months. I wrote a negative review with photos, actually I wrote it twice and submitted. They are not posting it. I contacted them through their website to complain about this behavior - they did not respond. The sofa looks good but it is not worth the price. Don't buy it!

Great experience, door to door! I went into the Honolulu showroom on October 25, fell in love with the Feathers sectional. I went in looking for a sofa bed, but Feathers won me over. I placed my order, was given an estimated delivery for end of November/first week of December. This being Hawaii, I was mentally prepared for a later delivery. On November 29, I happened to be in the area, stopped into the store for a status update. The young man at the desk couldn't give me a firm date, noted in the system for logistics to call me. A few hours later, I got a call that all but one of my items could be delivered on 12/4. I happily agreed to schedule. The one item on back order I could easily fit into the back of my SUV once it arrived. Today is 12/4. ALL my items were delivered. Not only that, the guys who delivered had to schlep a steep driveway (3rd house up!) as they could not drive up or back into the driveway. They parked on the street, made multiple trips with a dolly. At one point, when bringing down my old couch piece by piece, one guy shouldered a piece and hoofed it down the driveway. These guys are rockstars! All in all, great experience. And I'm loooooving my sectional.

I found a special deal for this couch on Facebook Marketplace. The employees were very helpful, and patient with my inquiries. The couch is compact, so it’s smaller than a usual three seater couch, but it’s fairly comfortable and I love the color. The store is very clean and welcoming.
