Very very bad experience in Walmart this time. I went to pharmacy to pick up medicine for my 2 month old son, a lady work in pharmacy asked me my sons name and date of birth, the. Told me to wait for 15 minutes and asked my cell number. After 25 mins I did not receive and call from Walmart pharmacy, so when I back to pharmacy, another dr. checked for me and told me I don’t need to wait, just pick up a Tylenol! Yes! Tylenol has to wait 25mins!!!!!!! Then the first lady told me “ oh sorry I’m just a cashier, I’m still learning!” Can you imagine Walmart let a cashier work in pharmacy!!!!! And she doesn’t even know what Tylenol is! When the end! Until I paid! She never told me how much and how often this Tylenol should give my son! What’s wrong with this pharmacy? It’s related people’s live and Walmart let a cashier who never took this major education work in this important position!

I love Walmart's Pharmacy. They offer the same services and medications a normal pharmacy offers at a much cheaper price. We live in a time where people young and old have to sometimes choose between purchasing their medication, keep a roof over their family's heads, purchase food or simply keeping their lights on. The cost of living especially in Hawaii is so high that its wonderful that a company like Walmart can come in and give struggling families another option. So again I love Walmart pharmacy and Walmart in general. They provide people in our community the opportunity to earn a good honest living and in return they come to work and greet us customers with a smile and ensure that we have a clean environment to shop and buy great things at reasonable price for our families. Thank you Walmart for everything you do for our economy.

I'm going to start picking up my prescriptions at Walgreens because Walmart has the most unprofessional rude technicians. Whoever Ruta is was seconds away from getting cussed out. I'm not your child. Do your job or quit. I don't do attitudes. You don't need to be in a position of service if you aren't hospitable. Stay behind the counter filling versus interacting with customers because you have an unpleasant face and attitude.
