If i could give zero or less . Terrible service. Wal-Mart book tells of their selfish gain from the get go. Today there were 7 Wal-Mart employee people at the scan and go, none of which was assigned to a regular cash register. Customer service is NOT on their list. Needless to say they do NOT take care of their employees wether they get sick or hurt on the job. GREED. YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE. Never stocked on many items.

Came here to take a passport photo that I needed. This was around 11am. After taking my photo I waited 15 minutes. Then the lady came up to me and told me that she can't give me my photo because it won't pass regulation. She said it is too pink. She told me I did not come at a good time to take the photo she told me I need to come at 6 am instead. So I told her never mine because I can just take it somewhere else and I don't have to come at a certain time for good lighting.

I'm not one to write negative reviews. But this warrants the time and effort. I placed an online order to pick up at the Kapolei store. I needed the merchandise before they said time that it would be ready. I called the store to find out if I could expedite the order or if I should cancel the order and just visit the store to purchase do a traditional in line purchase. I was on hold for 30 minutes, NO ONE CAME TO THE PHONE. I called back 2 times to speak to a manager the call was disconnected. All I was trying to find out was if I could expedite the order processing time or would it be best to cancel and walk in store to purchase. I understanding that they're busy. It wasn't like I was requesting them to make me the center of the universe. I just wanted a simple answer to a very simple question. On a positive note. I finally reached a Manager by the name of, Jessica after 45 minutes of the run around and she was AWESOME! and resolved my problem. I'd say they could definitely improve on customer service. My review comes with a happy ending. I'm satisfied at the way the Manager handled in. TY Jessica.

Like every other Walmart you can pretty much find everything your looking for and more. I always end up leaving with things I didn't originally buying which is a habit. The shopping characters are the best. I always seem to have one or two laughs or head turns in Walmart.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I ordered Christmas cards on Thursday and thought I could pick it up that day but they ran out of paper..no one called me to tell me...I had to call. They told me pick up tomorrow and someone will call you, I will put a big sign on your order...ok fine. Friday comes..no call all day, so I call and i am getting the run around...then the girl asks..did u cancel your order? What!!! No I didn't!! Well I will have my manager call you later. I tell her I am working so I will not be able to answer my phone. Fine. She calls and leaves a message..I call her back..then a guy tells me he has no clue what is going on but I will call my manager and have her call you or I will call you back. Again no call all night! So I call again on Saturday morning..getting the run around again just trying to find this manager to talk to. Finally she comes on the phone and blames me for not answering my phone when I specifically told the girl I am not able to answer my phone. Anyways..she tells me her order of paper never come in so will not be ready until Monday! I ask if I can have it done at another Walmart..she tells me she don't know the supply there. At that point she should've offered to find out for me..that would've been excellent customer service since they screwed up! But no she never so I had to cancel my entire order and get my pics somewhere else. Good job losing a paying customer. They don't work on commission but word of mouth goes a long way..so I would never recommend this photo center to anyone who wants there pics done in a timely matter. And I only gave 1 star because I had to

i got my funds released to me by my bank as walmart told me i had to do. THEN WALMART CHARGED ME AGAIN THE VERY NEXT DAY! WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR AN ORDER I HAD CANCELED BECAUSE YOUR LOCATION HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON SO I HAD TO CANCEL!?! Now i lost 600 dollars BECAUSE OF YOU!! Your company will be hearing from me and a laywer for this! You cant charge people for something they canceled and never picked up!!! Even my bank is confused as to why you completed the charge when i canceled and never picked up the items.... i will NEVER come back to this or any walmart ever again!!

Went in today to get a few items found the mistry Harry Potter wands and price scanned them on the walmart app they came up at 6.99 the store proceeded to tell me they where 15.99 and that the store dose not price match it's own app completely livid probably will never shop at walmart again after this two of the employees treated me and my fiance like s*** one girls name was PAV didnt get the others but again we wont be coming back to this walmart any time soon marry f**king christmas aye

4th Place-Baskets? Everytime I come here theres no baskets in the front yo, I either have to hunt one down or wait till i see someone at the checkout get done with theirs, Anyways, other than that, its a typical Wal mart, ample parking with ample restaurants in the vicinity. They have a lot of cold drinks in the front but wish they were before the counter, kinda awkward to go to counter tell the cashier to wait (cause you wanna grab cold drink real quick,(i only do this if no one is behind me) then rush and go get it and come back and thers already people in line give you stink eye lol).I guess I could grab it and then go in line but feels kinda backwards dontcha think?

Walmart is great but the cashier Jenn literally took about 20 mins ringing up 10 items everyone left the line because she was SLOW !!! Worst experience

I just want to thank the worker that was outside pushing carts this morning (he was Asian, early to mid 20s maybe, wearing a orange shirt with a vest over, a hat, with shoulder length hair) THANK YOU for going the extra mile and helping out my sister and I by push my car into another stall so that she could jump start my car. It's tough already being so far in my pregnancy while dealing with my two young daughters 3 & 2 so you were really heaven sent because I would've had a break down in that parking lot if it wasn't for your help.
