The beauty of the diamonds and how it compliments eachother. In a different setting my diamonds looked like little snow flakes. I’m in Aww! Took my breath away. And to top it off there is a blue Sapphire engraved in my ring, representing everlasting love and birthstone for the month of September.

I had a fantastic experience at Zales thanks to Domi and Ash. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for, provided helpful recommendations without being pushy, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They were super patient with us. Definitely recommend seeing Domi and Ash for your jewelry needs/wants at Kamakana Ali'i mall.

Ashley was ABSOLUTELY Amazing! She helped us from beginning to end to pick the PERFECT ring! She made us feel so comfortable & she was so sweet and personable and just REAL! We looked at over a dozen rings and she was so patient and kind! She was the BEST person we met all day and we went to over 6 jewelry stores!

We went in just to look around and wasn’t planning on purchasing yet. We got to the display and Roy Lee Dailey was the person to greet and work with us. It was a truly wonderful experience and he was so kind and patient with us. When I went in I had a vague idea of what I wanted. He was willing to go through different styles and cuts while explaining the differences of each. Roy was an exceptional employee and helped us look at many different rings, before I settled on my absolutely gorgeous engagement ring and wedding band from their Vera wang collection. Every time I tried something on I noted what I liked and what I disliked, he listened to each point and suggested rings based off the comments I made. We could not have asked for a better shopping experience. We spent about 2 hours looking at rings and not once did it feel like he was over working with us or that he was annoyed with my indecisiveness. If you stop by the Zales kamakana in kapolei be sure to ask for Roy. Truly a magical experience and if I could I would leave them a 10 star review.

Chris (Christine) from the KaMakana Alii mall, location gives excellent customer service. This location should be honored to have her as an employee. She also cleaned my rings that another location not only refused to clean, but misinformed me about my diamond warranty. If it wasnt for Chris I thought my wedding ring set warranty was voided & no longer could have it cleaned at Zales. She reassured me that not only could she clean my ring, she patiently contacted customer support to find my original purchase fr 2007. She also explainwd in detail my diamond warranty. Christine also helped me to exchange a gift for something more to my liking. She was very helpful & showed me different layering pieces. Thanks to Christine, Im definitely coming back to this location. See you in 6 mos to do my diamond inspecting & cleaning.

I live in Las Vegas and I traveled to Oahu and cruized around. We stopped and checked out Zales Kapolei. Christine was very helpful in selling me my future husband wedding band. She also inspected my diamond ring (bought from Zales) n cleaned it. She got to know me a lil while i was shopping in there. Didn't have the size i needed so she sent it to Las Vegas so I could pick it up. What got me was, she called me to verify that I picked it up and congratulated me again. Christine is very friendly and helpful. Need more workers like her all around. Thank you n Aloha Christine!!!
