Really friendly staff that remembers you upon first visit! Great selection of bento boxes, rolls and manapua/bao that only exist in Hawaii. Location is great for those going to major attractions north, east or west.

perfect pit stop for gas and snacks for volcanoes national park. the fresh musubis, sandwiches, and fruit were all much better quality than i’m used to from 7-11.

This 7-eleven store is conveniently located in Keaau where you can gas up and buy good food/drinks/snacks. They sometimes have good deals on the drinks or combo. The encounters I've had with their cashiers have been okay - no issues. I suggest they improve customer service by opening up another cash register when you see more than 5 people in line. This would lessen the wait time, especially for those who need to get to work. So when there is only 1 cash register open and there are other workers just stocking shelves and doing other things it was a bit frustrating. I also suggest they improve their inventory. They always seem to run out of coffee stirrers, hot cup covers and hot cup sleeves. I recently noticed they have many hot coffee pots with flavor (coconut, hazelnut, macadamia nut, etc) rather than the plain dark, medium or blonde roasts (like they have at other locations). Not all coffee drinkers like flavored coffee. I would likely return in the future and recommend to others due to the convenient location.

The 7-11 here did look better than the ones on mainland. And the food turned out much better too. We tried their chicken-rice dish and the curry chicken bun. Great, cheap food available at all hours.

Great array of snacks and drinks . "Emergency" household items ie. Laundry detergent , dryer sheets etc . Copy machine services , gift cards , phone cards , pre paid debit/credit cards and a whole lot more

I am so upset with this store. I went to get me something to eat cause I was hungry. I got me 2 chicken taquitos and a monster drink. I drove off but when I looked in the bag, there was only one taquito. I really hate this location and the cashier that helped me is the same one with the attitude. Thanks for ripping me off .

VERY friendly employees. I live up mountain and there is a 711 closer than this one but I drive the distance because the Kea'au crew ALWAYS greets me with a smile and genuine aloha! Because of this, it's my preferred 711.

Watch out for their air machine outside, it's out of order. They have a sign in white up top which I saw after I put my last quarters in the slots that are wide open not taped off. When I went in to alert the manager she says it's not her job to monitor it and no refunds and she does not care my tire is almost flat and I have a baby in the car. If you are a manager you should care what is going on on your property. Not even an apology or "yes we will tape that up again today". There are plenty of "I don't care, not my problem" people in the world. But it shouldn't be a manager of a convenience store with multiple staff present. Luckily I made it home OK and thankfully there are other gas stations right near by so I will not ever have to go to your you don't care store for anything again.
