Victorya is awesome! I can't say enough about the customer service at Star Storage! From start to finish she was very professional and willing to help me in any way to accommodate my storage needs. My unit was very clean and there's plenty of room in the aisles to get by other customers. Thanks again Star Storage!

The service these guys offer is great! They are very professional and helpful at the front desk. I've been using their services for almost 3 months now with no complaints. When I first arrived, I was hoping that they offered air conditioning for their smaller units, but found they only offered units with fans running in the hall. I was really worried about moisture going into the unit but for every visit, I've found that my belongings feel cool to the touch and in the same condition that I've left them, so I've been really pleased with my unit. I also like that I can come and go to my unit as I please during their convenient business hours. They also have a clean restroom for us to use. Overall, I'm glad that I chose to store with these guys.

Customer service is outstanding! I had a great opportunity to speak with Bri, which gave me a quick and thorough breakdown of unit availability and discounts that were available. She was very receptive to my needs and concerns and answered all of my questions. Bri informed me of the different services that Storage star offers and how they take care of the facilities to ensure the units are taken care to the best of the staffs abilities. I highly recommend looking into Storage Star if anyone is in need of a good stoarge unit and courteous staff.

We are calling around getting quotes from different establishment and we haven't yet been able to secure a storage unit with Storage Star Hilo, but regardless if we do or not, we had to bring attention to the EXCELLENT customer service from Brittany, who answered the phone and our questions!Great attitude, very friendly, very helpful, and from the sound of it, very hard working!Storage Star has very competitive pricing, but for us, the biggest appeal of this establishment would be the customer service we would receive while renting here, and we hope a unit becomes available in time to get that chance!

This place is clean, very friendly service. They have reasonable prices and a staff that are there to help you with whatever you need. They keep the storage areas clean and are willing to work with you on upgrading to a larger unit. I fully recommend them for any of your storage needs.

Clean and easy to access. Prices are good especially when there's a moving in sale on. The best part is dealing with Brittany, who is a total gem. We were under pressure to find storage and somewhat stressed and Brittany just found a way to make everything work despite almost non-existent availability at the time. We waited in line while Brittany helped an elderly lady with incredible compassion and patience - then us with great enthusiasm. We were just in today to add one more unit and she was just as great! Best customer service anywhere.
