Services are always very good but your regular prices are NOT competitive at all!! Unless they are on sale. Even with occasional 20% off coupons, the net prices are often times higher than regular prices at Walmart or Target.

I love the people at Longs in pahoa especially the manager & Gary ❤ sometimes the cashier doesn't know just how to pack the bag so my suggestion is that lessons should be shown?? But usually they are polite and show Aloha.

Tried to come in at 10:10 pm 3/9/25 but the store was closed all the lights still on register still on yet the doors was locked. If you gonna have one sign that says close at 11 you better be open till 11 if not put one sign on the door. They already have terrible customer service, now this is just ridiculous.

I had to complain on a add, store mangers answer was she don't know, and they never complied with ribbon during christmas. I've inquired for it since before Thanksgiving. Yet another store told me they all had it in there christmas delivery. This ribbon is carried only through CVS,/Longs. I visited this store at least 2-4 times a week. This ribbon I wanted to purchase 1case of
white ribbon. Amazing.. Your pharmacy
seems more important than anything else. I would rate this store a 1.The staff that works there is excellent & friendly.

CVS vaccines are always available. My husband and I are “FULLY” vaccinated. Covid, Flu, Pneumonia, Shingles, RSV and TDAP. We used the scheduler CVS APP. Great staff👍 & We got 2 coupons and saved $10 on our in store other purchases !

The pharmacy ROCKS! My doctor will send in a prescription while on a 10 minute Telehealth visit and I get a text it's filled before we hang up.
