Dr. V has been taking care of our family dogs for 13 years. She and her staff are caring and supportive especially for our 16 year old dog.

Kind people Doctor and Staff, and they talk to you. Very, very busy. Staff will accommodate as possible and work with you to help with immediate needs somewhat. They are booked up and out as they are very popular.

New to island.. Called in for an appointment and the Front desk woman on the Sat was very unprofessional, impatient and rude! If you take phones in such rude way, god knows how you treat our four legged family members behind the closed door…

first off great location for the north shore. do you think the prices are for the community or for the the new rich folks moving into the island.I was blown away by how high there prices are. not a chance that I can afford to bring my dog there to keep her heathy.

Absolutely the best vet anywhere on this side of the island. You can tell that they clearly just care about pets and their owners and that’s it. Very fair pricing. If they are too busy to get you in for an appointment they will still try to help you. Just ask.

My kitten swallowed something he shouldn't have and was foaming at the mouth and shaking his head and totally freaking out. This wonderful vet took us in the very next day as soon as they could fit us in, which was a huge relief . The staff was so sweet and so gentle, that my kitten was purring the whole time he was there and totally cuddling up to both of them! Turns out he was okay, just needed a couple more days to get over whatever he ate, perhaps a stink bug?My only complaint is that the parking lot is horrible, so perhaps Park next door at the emergency care center, along the mutual border so you're not blocking the care center.. then you'll have to walk down the driveway and up the other one, but at least you'll have a place to get in and out.

It's very hard to reach them but they are quick with refilling medications and take good care of our fur babies.
