Don’t waste time and money using this service. Their employees are rude and untrained, they charge way more than the Post Office, provide zero information on when to expect your package to arrive, and mislead customers on that basic information. “We can’t help you” is their signature response.
Avoid the frustration of being
overcharged for substandard services. Your local post office is the best option.

The person was so nice here, we came by to send out some postcards and their systems were down, but they just gave us the stamps and didn't charge us. So nice! Mahalo!

Used this service for close to 6 years now. They jacked the rates way up for renewals this year. $372 for six months is too much. We dont need the new fancy register counter screens, we need an affordable mail service. Pretty disappointed.

New manager Chris has terrible customer service. They have lost our package more than once and when we get the notification that our package is ready for pick up they can't find it.

Hostile environment has taken hold at this establishment. Wait times of 20 minutes and up. Only to be told packages that they signed for weeks ago not available. Save yourself the headache and chose another service.

They're awesome, I really do like the people who work there. The job is not easy, but they still smile. It's not always perfect, but what is? I get my mail, they know my name, and we smile. There's a lot of Aloha in that small business.

This place is a Joke! Had a box. They closed early all the time. Never got my Deposit back for the Mailbox Keys (which were returned on time).

We have had steady service for the last year at a reasonable price. Just got our renewal...$371 for 6 months...more than double. We are finding a new service. These prices are outrageous compared to their competitors.
