“I love longs! I love this location, Keaau. for some reason there are a lot of Longs on this side of the island, Keaau stands out as da best, I go to all of them. It is the newest. Customer Service is always, I mean always a good experience, they are smart and friendly. Store reps like Donna and Lois always are working their hardest to make sure your experience is a good one. Staying on top of coupons and sales is a good idea. Since they opened I am in there at least twice a week. They have managed to work out early kinks of selling out of sale items or not carrying some advertised sale items at all. When you see management, you know they are top of things, as well. I have never used their pharmacy, so I can't speak to that. Just go!, you will enjoy your time there. Aloha”

“From having almost everything you need to everything you didn't know you need but wanted, KTA will have it. Let's say you didn't make it to a certain mochi spot that 2 sisters run, KTA has it. If you're running short on time while visiting Big Island, stop here and grab the items you would have to drive around chasing.”

Me and my husband just moved here in the Big Island and this is the Drug store that we pick up our meds.Very nice store and workers from pharmacies to the grocery employees they have excellent service and outstanding Customer Service. The Manager name Minda always make sure that you are been taking care of. She make sure that you get the item you needed if it's not in the shelf. She will go to the stock room to get the product.”

“Heard the sad news about the pharmacy dept closing. I loved dealing with the staff, especially the pharmacist Aaron as they are very helpful and knowledgable. Whenever I could, I would refer my friends to go there for their pharmacy needs.The wait for my refills were never long. I would do some grocery shopping and my meds were refilled expeditiously. I have trusted them for administering most of my vaccinations. They treat you as one of a family member. Hopefully they will find another place that treats them like the treasures they are!”

“This company is the best! They are courteous and empathetic to us individuals who have been unable to communicate how frustrating life can be when faced with insecurities over a totally different kind of medicine. I been on IV antibiotics for over 5 months or close to, when my nurse came over to show me the how tos. All I have to say Thank you because humans like me, can be well challenging, corky and frustrating, “they bend like a bamboo rod” to quote Karate Kid, meaning they go with it and accommodate. I highly recommend them.”

“The only 24-hour Longs Drugs in Hilo. For almost a week staying in this side of the island we've come here almost every night not because we really need something but sometimes we created reasons to just come here because most of the staffs were so friendly! They helped us in our queries and patiently lead us to specific aisle for the things That we need to buy. Just like other LD this store almost has all the things you need for emergency. Just when I needed liners, lip sunscreen protection, cup noodles, pain reliever, late snacks, bottled juice drink, alkaline water and etc. Almost every night we come home at the hotel around 10pm and there are chances that restaurants are close and we ended up buying food here to save us for the night. If you're in or around Hilo and need something in the middle of the night, consider looking for this specific location and sure thing you can rely Longs Drugs.
