Because of Terry’s, owner, knowledge about walkers, my husband’s walker (purchased from Amazon) got fixed. Terry and staff gave me their time and did not charge me. Ps. If you move the wheels from outside to inside, the walker becomes unstable. Keep the wheels outside.
