For the most part, this store has been competitive, but some of these employees are exceptionally entitled, arrogant and quite frankly, they should be fired. I don't know if there is a new owner or manager. I will not return again, after 5 years coming here. I'm very disappointed. If you like to be treated like old pet food, patronize this store otherwise, shop elsewhere.

Their spam musubi has a comforting, homemade taste that reminds me of my mother's cooking in Japan. I absolutely love it.

Good location in Kea'au near McDonald's. The pumps are new and the station is clean and well lit. Respect the Locals, their culture, and the place they call home.

i went to vacuum my rental car and paid 2$ in quarters. the machine was broken so i went inside and asked if i could get a refund since there was no sign saying it was out of order. the lady rolled her eyes and threw 2$ on the table. i requested it in quarters because i still needed the quarters to use a different vacuum. the lady raised her voice and asked if there was no sign and i said no. she gave me so much attitude and eventually gave me 8 quarters. as i was leaving i said “maybe you guys could put a new sign up” and she SCREAMED “I KNOW WHAT DO YOU THINK IM GOING TO DO” i said why are you yelling and giving me attitude? she said “don’t tell me how to do my job”. she was so unprofessional and should not be working in customer service.attached a picture of her storming out of the shop and putting up an “out of order” sign up.

Manager needs to change her attitude towards customers. Very rude telling me there’s the door. All because I thought the refills was $1.09. Wow! She gave a nasty remark and told me there’s the door. Kea’au shell gas station needs a better manager that knows how to talk and treat customers better.

Not only did the gas pump have a hard time running our card for the gas, but I was told by the staff inside that there are no "public" restrooms. It's not like I wasn't a customer! And to be told I'd have to go across the street to the strip mall to use a "public" restroom (said with disdain for my clearly tourist self) made me not even want to buy their gas but unfortunately we already had. I would have rated 1 star only, but it looked like they had some good food inside.

There is nothing convenient about this place. I have rarely been treated with the type of contempt the jerks at the counter used with us.

Stay far away.. several clerks there like to insult and belittle paying customers.. the manager could care less... I will never go there again and be treated that way
