“We recently flew a rooftop tent from the West Coast to Hawaii. Throughout the process, Christine, our customer service rep, was incredibly responsive. She answered her emails right away and helped us along the way. We used economy service on our package and it got to us in 3 days. We definitely plan to use Aloha Air Cargo again in the future. Highly recommend.”

“The vehicle pickup process was very easy. I was dropped off at the entrance by an Uber. They asked for my ID and then directed me over to the window where the employee looked up where my vehicle was. I was taken to my vehicle in a golf cart by another employee. I inspected the vehicle and then drove it out of there and that was that. The whole process took all of 15 minutes. Overall, it was very easy and quick.
The only thing I wish was that they offered some type of online tracking once the vehicle has shipped. I feel like every company has shipping tracking nowadays (Amazon, USPS, etc.). I was surprised they didn’t.”
