Paying for a private box allowed a lot more shipping options than USPS ( many companies wont deliver to a PO box). You can sign up for email notifications when packages come in ( which is always prompt). Highly recommended!!”

“I'm writing specifically about the .I mostly go there for Amazon returns. I am STUNNED by the efficiency of the staff. I went there today for an Amazon return, the store just opened 8:30am. I saw 5 people walk in as I was parking my van. I figured " , ' ". But by the time I got my package out of my van, the people ahead of me ALREADY completed their business and I found myself next as I walked in. I was in and out of the store LITERALLY within 60 seconds. With all my transactions completed. And I got a "Merry Christmas" out of it. Thank You to the associate who helped me.”

They had some renovations done too and things seem more organized since then”

“Edit 3: I have seen gradual improvements at the post office in Pahoa. More staff, 1pm on time pick ups, proper end destination tracking updates. Hopefully we can see drastic improvements for a new location or expanded parking and box availability. I think this would alleviate pressure on workers and boost community support for our postal system. Could you imagine our only options as UPS/Fedex? A letter 2 day from the mainland to Hawaii is $85.00!”

“We shipped 2 vehicles from Hawaii (Hilo) to San Diego with Pasha in November 2019. We shipped 2 vehicles from Hawaii (Hilo) to San Diego with Pasha. A 2016 Tacoma and a 2018 4Runner. Both arrived undamaged and on time. We had no problems with communication with Pasha or pickup at Road One. The whole process was easy and without issue. While I never want to move a household from Hawaii to the mainland ever again, I would use Pasha if I had to ship vehicles again! Thanks Pasha ??.”
