Wonderful experience with a lady stylist. Was looking for a place to get a haircut on vacation and wasn’t sure where to go. She did an amazing job- I don’t think I’ve ever been happier with a haircut, and she made the time pass pleasantly. Thank you!!

My son needed a haircut and he got the exact cut I asked for no more no less. The stylist was friendly and efficient. She gave a great haircut and I’m glad we went here.

It was a Super Busy Sunday and my hair was looking way to shaggy to go back to work on Monday. So, I casually walked in a salon looking for a quick haircut. The stylist at the counter advised me that they were accommodating their appointments first and didn't have any walk-in availability at the time. I was understanding and then I remembered the SuperCuts Super App. Most locations were fully booked for the day. Hoping that lady luck was on my side, I found an opening late afternoon.Later that day, when I came back for my appointment everyone was still super busy, the store was full of clients, and I waited outside hoping I would still have my appointment. I waited for a few more minutes outside and was about to call it a day, shaggy hair and all. As I was getting ready to leave, a stylist saw me outside and walked outside to see if I had an appointment. I replied I did, explaining I tried earlier as a walk-in and understood if I had to reschedule. The stylist invited me in with an Aloha smile and vibe was grooving with some good music.Explaining I was looking for a short-clean-cut hairstyle, quick and easy. Michelle was professional, kind, and quick with the scissors giving me a refreshing cut boosting my self-esteem for another Manic Monday. This was Super Service with a Super Cut above the rest.Mahalo for keeping me sharp.

I use to always go here to get my haircuts and always had a great experience. Haven’t been back in while since I’ve been living elsewhere. However, Friday after work I got in as a walk-in. I asked for the Supercut II (shampoo, conditioner, cut) which on their board showed $38. She said it she could flatiron my hair for “a-little bit more”. Ok. At the end, my haircut was no-where near the picture I’d shown her. I told her this, but didn’t want to make an issue as an elderly gentleman had been waiting for a long while & she was the only one working now (my receipt time stamp 5:59pm) … anyway paid & left… not til I got home I saw that my total charge was $108! That’s $70 for her “a little bit more”!!! Today I finally had a chance to go in to complain but she was not there. However, Nani was so sweet to offer to fix my botched haircut for free. To be clear, Nani was not the one who cut my hair on Friday. However, if I go that route … that’s gas to drive back, time, plus I can’t walk away without giving Nani something for her troubles. So my dang haircut is going to cost me even more! Eh! I guess I gotta take the loss but I’m really not happy?

Keola cut my hair and trimmed my beard and I came away very happy with his work. I am weary about people doing my beard, but I took the risk with visiting Supercuts anyway, AND I can’t praise the staff enough. Great bunch of people. Again, mahalo Keola.Services: Beard trim

Went in with appointment, never even got any attention until I left,when lady said sarcastically she was sorry. Either way terrible service,will never go back and have been going there 8 years at least,but rude doesn't go in anyone's world.

My husband usually goes to keaau supercuts and always makes an appointment the day of his cut because an employee before told him that they do not pre-book appointments. Today he called to make an appointment at around 11am and a woman answered. He asked if he could schedule an appointment and she told him they were booked when my husband asked what time they had opened it sounded like she placed the phone down and just left it on the counter as all we heard on our end were people in the background talking. My husband proceeded to say hello for 2 min straight with NO ONE acknowledging we were still on the phone. So we called back 3 times and nobody answered so we waited a few min and called again then they answered. So we asked again if we could book then she rudely told us well we are BOOKED TODAY SO you can MAKE an appointment for TOMORROW! My husband was confused as they had told him earlier he couldn't pre-book so he said oh you guys are doing that again? And with THE MOST RUDEST VOICE AND SARCASM she said WELL I GUESS SO! My husband and I were so disgusted with her attitude and customer service we will NEVER go to supercuts AGAIN! I hope supercuts will re-educate their employees on phone etiquette before she loses more customers for you.
