A general store through and through. Walk in on the right is hardware. On the left is most anything else you could want or need, from groceries (produce, perishables, frozen, snacks, etc) to appliances, and at good prices

Christmas Day my grandson needed baby medicine for a fever. Orchidland had just what we needed as usual. I love this store.

The sandwich was great...I got the pastrami on the sweet bread hoagy...fresh ingredients and good flavor. The five stars go to the staff...good job...I have been in the restaurant business my whole life and have lived in Puna since 1982 and have not seen such aloha in quite a while. Thank you so much.

Very happy customer here. Christmas Eve, my son, made the rest of the eggs. I did not know till Christmas morning when I went in the refrigerator to retrieve the eggs. I discovered no eggs. Which meant no pumpkin pie and some other dessert for Christmas. I called Foodland,Walmart, Target, and even KTA they were all closed for Christmas. When I called Ture Value [Orchidland General Store and they were open .I got excited. I also just got my monthly visitor, which came a week early, and I was completely out. Those hygiene products. I was and still am extremely grateful for all the staff at True Value ("Orcheline General Store ") that worked on christmas. You guys save all my desserts and Kept me from having an embarrassment event with family and friends or even Canceling.
