I went there to pay the car and the old lady never say anything she didn’t even ask if i need help and I waited there for one hour and she never said anything at all. Do your job! The worst customer service!!

Do not use this company if your flight is after 6pm. We had to use Uber, even though they say that transportation can be provided, with 24 hours notice.

They said they found an ash flake in backseat of car, I DONT EVEN SMOKE!!! I flew there to volunteer at napili park for 4 days in the fire zone to help fire victims and get charged an extra $250.00 for a fictitious ash flake!! DONT USE THEM!!!!
