“Will return each year till I die. The most beautiful place in the world. Loved Punahoa condo, it was perfect. The private beach was home to sea turtles every single morning we were there. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Most things are with walking distance, a little store, the food truck jungle, 2 different parks, just a beautiful place all around.”

“Lived her for a year, and loved it! Quiet and safe neighborhood, the landscapers are constantly outside doing work and keeping it pretty, and if anything breaks/needs fixed they are there quick! plus the front office staff is super nice and always helpful!”

“I had no problems here and the view is spectacular. Apartments were pretty, though the appliances were a bit outdated, but overall it was a good experience! Granted we were staying only a week (mom works with the company in California, but I don't rate positively just because of that. I'm not biased like that, unlike some people). Anyway, still, it wasn't the slum, insect-filled whatever that people were complaining about on Yelp or here. Our apartment was VERY CLEAN and we'll mentained. Did not have a bad smell to it or anything and it is walking distance to the ocean. So grateful for the once in a lifetime experience of going to Maui!Edit: The only thing I probably should've docked a star for is there are a lot of Roosters that crow in the morning and through out the day. But what can you expect from a tropical country paradise! Not perfection I hope ??. And they're not dangerous, just funny and reminded me of Ludacris's rap video if you remember that one from 2001.”

“We rented a condo in Maui Vista. The unit was clean and well stocked with all your household needs. The property itself was well maintained and very friendly. No loud music or parties, a very relaxing place to stay. It was very helpful to be walking distance from everything. The management company was so helpful for a couple questions and we were well informed about everything. We highly recommend this company if you are renting in Maui!! Fantastic stay.”
