I love the lines that this shop carries - authentic, locally made beautiful items and the customer service is top notch. We recently purchased an adorable swimsuit from there for our toddler and were sad to find when we gave it to our daughter that there was a ripped seam. I contacted the brand who did not respond, and then the manager, Ann, from Blue Ginger. She was beyond pleasant and eager to help. The issue was resolved in a matter of hours. Lovely company, highly recommend!

I had bought some things here in the past that I liked, so I went back in recently and was so disappointed with both the selection and service. Their plus-size selection is extremely limited and it's clearly not something they seem happy to even carry. I went in and figured the easiest way to find what I was looking for was to ask. Before I could even make it to the counter, the lady says, "you look lost." I was a bit shocked, but said, no, I was looking for the plus section. she gave me an "oh, there's a few things over there" motioning toward the corner, and turned away back to chatting with the other lady working there. I've never felt so unwelcome in a store. It was odd. Overall, prices are high, styles don't appear to have changed much since the 90's. Not somewhere I'd visit again.

Excellent selection of light weight clothing. The perfect dress to wear in Maui or any tropical city. I have been buying Blue Ginger for 15 years. It keeps it color, shape and is so comfortable. Buy yourself a beautiful outfit you will not be sorry!

We had so much fun shopping here yesterday. There were 3 of us and we spent a lot of money here. I was shocked that I bought 3 blouses and they were 200 bucks. I couldn't imagine that they had cutest clothes! The fun part was that the 3 of us went into one dressing room and tried on the clothes. The lady working was friendly and attentive. When we need a different size she got them for us. Go here with your girlfriends and get yourself some cute clothes.

Nicely made dresses, good quality, a bit on the pricey side but not bad. We received very good customer service. There are separate sections for women and kids, a very small selection of men's shirts, and a plus-size section. They also have Hawaiian themed toys and some beautiful sea glass jewellery. Worth a stop.

Walked in to this store while waiting to get some ice cream next for at lapperts (highly recommended). I walked in and the sales lady says we close in five minutes. Doesn't say Hi just says we close in five minutes. So I asked what time it was 6:55pm. What time do you close 7pm. I said to your associate probably not the best way to approach a customer in your store. She didn't apologize was rude and hovered until I left. I worked in customer service/sales for years. You last five minutes can make your business for the day, it's all about your attitude. In a time like this when business is clearly slow I wouldn't be rushing the only person in your store out of it.

Such a lovely store!! Adorable aloha wear especially for my younger daughter. It's her favorite store because of the gorgeous dresses & mermaid necklaces & bracelets. There are also mermaid dolls & bath toys & books & cute decor! Love the ladies who work there. They are so sweet to us and once when we forgot a shopping bag they noticed & found us at the ice cream place next door . Such aloha!! There are also gorgeous dresses & jewelry & bracelets & earrings for adults & my teen daughter.
