The best DMV I’ve been to in my lifetime. The process was smooth, organized, and much faster than I expected. Staff were professional, helpful, and kept things moving efficiently. It was such a refreshing experience compared to other DMVs I’ve dealt with. Kihei DMV really impressed me — well done!
