First 20 min with the bike I noticed I couldn’t get it into neutral to save my life and when I called he said I could switch bikes but all the street glides are like that so I said nvm. Had a great ride besides the grips falling apart. The next day I went to get food before I had to return the bike and on the way back it threw a check engine like and abs light and went into limp mode. The bike couldn’t make it on flat ground and had to pull onto the side of the road. It was around 90 degrees out on the side of the high way. I started and killed the bike a few times before finally the and light went away after about 10-15 min I was already cutting it close to the return time and this pushed it over. They still charged me a late fee and said the grips disintegrating was normal and they’d have to send the bike in to see if I could get a discount of any spurt for my troubles . Waited almost two weeks with no call so i checked and a manager told me that since I denied a new bike in the beginning that had nothing to do with the problems I had in the end they won’t be covering anything and since I didn’t call and wait for someone to come they won’t cover it even tho the bike had a check engine light when I got back. They expected to me to wait in the side of the highway with my pregnant gf in the 90 degree sun. These were the messages from Eagle rider in the mainland the manger said and it’s out of his hands so nothing on the workers they were all nice but that company doesn’t have good ethics and as a local I wouldn’t suggest there Business to anyone

Honestly the only thing that makes this motorcycle rental good is the dude running the shop. Down to earth guy willing to share good places to visit. What is wrong with this place charging PEAK SEASON FEE of $39/day?! I just rented a motorcycle and the shop was full of motorcycles, no one is renting motorcycles right now. I feel like I been robbed.

Made initial rental reservations at Lahaina. After the terrible fire, our travel plans changed. Contacted Eagle Rider to try to get a refund. The company would not refund in the extreme circumstances. Only issued store credit. When my itinerary changed, I changed reservation to Kihei Eagle Rider. Reserved Street Glide Touring Edition. Received a call the day before from Steve (manager?) stating they did not have a Street Glide with a tour pack. They could only rent with a back rest. “For my troubles” they would pay for the gas. Agreed. When I arrived, they only had a Heritage Soft Tail. The employee was bad mouthing the company and the business. What should I expect from a man wearing sweat pants that said “Asshole” down the leg. I canceled my reservation on the spot. I don’t expect to get any money back from ER. Even if they offer store credit, I will never rent from them again.

Rented a Harley here in 2019 but due to emergency had to cancel it. Found out the hard way that apparently the rentals are non-refundable! Very disappointing but “Don’t worry though next time you come back we’ll take care of you” I was told. Well, took longer than planned due to covid but came back today looking to rent again. He looked it up in the system and sure enough it showed the $200 credit on my account. They called me back the next day though “sorry credits are only good for one year” and offered me a 15% discount off my rental. Honestly after 4 years I wasn’t expecting a full credit anyway even though they saw it plainly in the Eagle Rider account history. 50% discount would have been fine with me. But on top of it they were pretty rude about it, like I was being totally unreasonable to even ask for anything. That’s Hawaii for you - we want the tourism money but hate the tourists. I’ll go surfing instead of giving them another $200.

Had an awesome experience here! They made it easy to rent from and were super chill. Rented a Harley street glide for an amazing riding experience on the island that will be a bucket list ride for sure!

We have rented Harleys here twice. The process is quick and easy (check out was as well). The bikes have been in great shape and have had no issues. Staff is knowledgable and friendly. We love the option to p/u in Kihei, where we always stay! Mahalo for the great times

Mark helped get us on/off the road with ease. The motorcycles are in great condition and Mark helped plan where to go and what time of day so we didn't get caught in the dark. Absolutely the best motorcycle ride ever. I highly recommend seeing Maui on a motorcycle.

first off! the customer service is Stellar. after a saftey check i was off in my Slingshot R..it rained and there was traffic so for a chunk of my adventure i was getting rained on and cussing alot cause of being stuck in traffic and getting rained on!..lol BUT it was part of the Experince so it was all good but soon the "traffic gods" released me and the rain subsided and i turned up the 90s country and had the best dayyyy the slingshot drove great ,super fun on the twisties .i sooo regret not bringing my GOPro but driving a fast stick shift on the coast of a tropical island was on my bucket list i think everybody should rent, drive mabey even own a slingshot when returned the slingshot returning was super easy. we chatted with the owner Kalen who drove a sick a** benz i wanted to get in and pushball the buttons it was soooo cool so YES i had a great experince with them..i will be back!

TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY. I wish I read the reviews before we booked with them. We rented a 24 hour slingshot. The guy set us up with one and gave us a heads up that the tracking was off but it would drive fine. It absolutely did NOT. It was an automatic and was not properly shifting gears, the engine was overheating in less than an hour into the rental period. We drove it back after getting massive car sickness from the rough ride. They said they would refund us the 24 hour rental and only charge us for the 0-2 time period and LIED. We've been in dispute with the credit card company and they are LYING to them as well with what happened. TOTAL SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Rented a motorcycle for 9:30. Showed up, doors locked and a sign saying they won't be back until 11:30.
Called customer support who told me they are there. So I walked back. Still nobody. Wasted 2 hours of my day. Thanks
