Service was great. Booking was quick and easy. The representative seemed like he was loving life!Prices were pretty high but that’s the trade off for the convenience of renting/returning at the resort.

I would give zero stars if I could. Disgusting rental, poor customer service, and the branch manager never returned my call. Renter beware!!!

Worst renting experience ever. The site is closed but nobody tell you that. Made reservations and got confirmation but found nothing here. Make the call to enterprise, always transfer the call to others and even hang up the phone. No apologies and service to solve the problem. Just ask you back to airport to rent other car but even try to offer you higher price and ask yourself pay the Uber by yourself.

Was challenging to get my car at the Marriott. Very annoyed and we got to a late start because of it.

Annie was very helpfful & professional today at the Enterprise office in Kihei! We were trying to extend our rental & had a very difficult time with the folks at the airport & with corporate. Annie was able to respond with Aloha! Thanks Annie for great customer service!!

Fantastic experience. Advise to book on the website in advance, as the cars run out quickly.

Brian and Shantelle were fantastic. They were so accommodating finding a clean and affordable ride for our large family. We called several of the other agencies but had long hold time and their agents weren't nearly as nice. Thank you!

Great experience with enterprises car rental in Marriot Wailea. We didn't want to rent a car at the airport because we knew we will need it only for one-two days. When we decided to go to Hana Enterprises was quick and helpful. Car was in excellent condition and ready right away. No problem with return. Regarding price first of all it's Hawaii everything is more expensive than on the mainland but I was positively surprised with my final bill even that I had to pay for underaged driver. Highly recommend if you're planning to stay in Marriot and do not need a car for your whole trip. Thank you!

This review is based invite a typical Enterprise experience, which has been good to excellent for me. This Enterprise is set-up to totally gouge people staying at resorts, with inflexible rental hours and skyhigh costs. To boot, we received an older style leftover vehicle and had to navigate a confusing pay to park situation a solid walk from the Enterprise desk instead of having the car pulled around or the drop-off being made convenient. Further, the rate to refill the gas tank is outrageous. This place embodies every negative connotation with rental cars.

They don't answer the phone. You need to walk from your room to talk to them to get any information. We also had two otter box phone cases that we left in a car from getting wet. They were left on the floor to dry out but they disappeared by my call the next day.

On April 9th 2017 my wife and I rented a car from Enterprise through the website during our stay at the Grand Wailea Resort in Maui. The rental confirmation was for a Nissan Altima or similar. When we arrived at the service desk to pick up our rental, we were greeted by Greg. He told us that he had no cars for us, especially at that price. I told him we had a confirmation and he basically laughed. I asked how they could confirm cars if they don't have them and he blamed corporate, saying that this "is not the airport where they have hundreds of cars." My wife and I had made plans to drive up to Haleakala Summit for the scenic view road. I asked Greg if he knew anywhere else to rent a car from and he offered little help. I asked again if he had any cars for that day and of course he magically remembered that he had a Chevy Corvette convertible. I knew right away that It would be too expensive to rent for a quick drive and I simply asked what the best price he could do was. He said he could do $190 for the day. With insurance and taxes it came to about $260 usd. After thinking about it and realizing that this would be the only time we could go make the drive (Greg said he had no more rental slots for the rest of the week), we said sure and agreed to rent the car. I signed up for insurance and Greg wrote up the paperwork and off we went. This was about 8:37am local time. Greg handed us a yellow envelope with the keys and told us to go to Valet parking desk in front of the Grand Wailea Resort entrance to claim the vehicle. After about 5 minutes of waiting, the Valet parking guys brought the car. There was no inspection offered by anyone and I found it odd but they told they are just drivers and don't work for Enterprise. Anyhow, off we went. We literally drove the car for about 5 hours and returned it around 2:47pm the same. Greg told us when we were done with the car, to just return it to Valet guys once again. After our drive, we returned to the hotel and I told the Valet guys I was doing a return of the rental per Greg's instructions. The Valet just said leave the car there in the very front and he gave me a parking ticket stub. Once again no one inspected the car. I walked inside and Greg was still there at the Enterprise service desk. I informed him that I was bringing the car back early (he told us we had it until midnight). But we were there on a work trip and had dinner at 6pm, so there was no need to keep the car any longer. I gave Greg the Valet parking stub and he said he would take care of it. Again I asked if he was going to inspect it and he said no. Off we went and up to that point we thought that was the end of it. A few days later when we checked out from the Grand Wailea, we got a bill for 3 days of Valet parking for $90 usd. Immediately I knew Greg didn't take care of anything. I called the front desk and explained we had rented a car and gave it back same day. They took the Valet parking charges off my bill right away (Grand Wailea Resort). We flew home and a few days later I got a call from Enterprise on April 15th from Milton (??) Asking if I had done any damage to the front of the car. I immediately called him back told him I absolutely did NOT do damage to this car, he said he would speak to his manager and let me know and I never heard back. This accusation is absolutely false. The car has 3 cameras built in that you can light up to help you to park and to avoid this exact thing from happening. I've owned many sports cars and I am always extremely cautious and aware of how low their front lip and front bumper are, so you I'm always careful when parking or driving. I nicely explained to them that I did not damage the car, I also walked him through my entire drive and my wife is a witness as well. Also, even if I had done any damage, how would he or Greg know? Nobody inspected the car prior to me leaving or returning it. Anyone could've damage the car before or after I drove it. They didn't care and still forwarded me to Enterprise damage claims while f
