At first look This storage facility leaves you with a lot of questions… no worries, the staff will and can answer all and any questions/concerns.. real honest hardworking people run this storage facility with a genuine no BS kinda way, others read a script it seems like lack of knowledge, experience or training. The manager should take a bow he’s the best there is or ever will be. Thanks guys you saved the day for me a handful off times you are appreciated 🤙🏽🫵🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Mahalo

Your staff at Kihei location at 300 Ohukai especially Frank are just absolutely amazing friendly helpful extremely caring from the start of our rental they hands down did beyond what they are hired to do . Thru out the time we rented always there when needed answered any questions I may have had. At the end were I was having personal issues financially that made it hard to make payment to were my unit got locked and almost auctioned through out the process the continued try get in contact with me to help me work things out to either keep unit or vacate so I don't loose my things . When I say continued to try getting in contact many people would say yea pain in the but annoying or try avoiding them if they only knew that was never the case it was a caring call to help us keep our belongings. I my unit was my 1 yr 6 month old grand daughters thing from birth so all her first thing her mommy kept and I was so worried I was gonna loose that something I could never replace and how I would explain this to my daughter I told her she could keep it in my storage . So to know there are people there EMPLOYEES that to me seem like yea I get a pay check but it ain't what it's all about it's beyond that and I really APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU AT THE KIHEI LOCATION MORE THEN U WILL EVER KNOW N I PROMISE I WILL RETURN AGAIN.... ESPECIALLY FRANK AND ASHLEY THANK YOU SO MUCH ... TAKE CARE GOD BLESS

Great customer service. The system sometimes increase monthly charge, but the local office employees are super friendly and helpful when you reach out about it. Safe and convenient location. Mahalo!

Extra Space is the best storage I’ve used on island. Being a single mom, I feel very safe at their location; the grounds, as well as interior, are well-lit and clean. Their customer service and staff have always been warm and helpful, especially Frank who is always going above and beyond to address any needs or concerns.

I've had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The property is clean and easy to access. The manager, Frank, is always helpful and goes above and beyond to make things smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for storage with excellent customer service.

If your looking for a clean and safe Storage Facility Extra-space is the place. Pricing is cheaper then other storage facilities and it’s easy to access your unit. They supply carts to help you move your items, and you can even store your cars and boats if need. Staff has always been nice and Frank The manager is ALWAYS pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage and if Im ever in the need for storage again I will definitely return. 🌺
