Kihei caffe is a must if you’re in Maui from what I know there’s three locations this one in Kihei (the original) another one in Kihei in the Maui coast hotel and Lahaina. Good recommendation and fun fact is if you’re staying at any large hotel chain, do yourself a favor get out of there and go to this restaurant. The food is twice as good half the money and the experience here at a restaurant with locals is great. We made the mistake several times eating at our hotel restaurant with garbage food. This place blows it out of the water. Also try their pancakes with their coconut syrup. We will definitely be back to Hawaii just to go here and eat breakfast. It’s that good. Anyway, hope you find this review useful and please like the review and review this restaurant yourself.

Food was great. Busy so we only waited 20 minutes to get to our table. Food arrived in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommended…??

The staff did a great job at taking our order, seating us, and bringing our food. Nice open air seating.

This little breakfast spot is really good. It usually has a long line but it moves fairly quickly. You order your food and pay first then you sit down. If you pay with a credit card they charge a 3% service fee. Something to note is that you have to pay for all drinks including water which seems weird that you can't get that included with your food.

Average food which is very expensive. Saw the recommendation from many and went try it. The food was nothing special and tasted average at best. On top of that they charge for take out $4 additional where as there are lot of places nearby that are far better and cost way too less.

Food:Overrated average food, unfortunately.Flow of things, menus, cleanliness:Felt rushed to move up to the counter to order our food as they have an order before you sit policy (which is understandable) however when having to ask for the menu while standing as there was nothing posted up on outside walls as we waited and trying to read their 30+ dishes menu and deciding for the first time your meal here in 2 minutes was hard. A tub full of dirty dishes sitting next to you as you line up outside also left a nasty stench.Staff:Up side, the lady at the register was very kind and welcoming in helping us choose our meals.Parking: Will have to find parking around and walk to the place

The squid burger and tuna melt that were recommended by the staff were both too greasy and ordinary compared to the reviews, and the taste was just so-so. ㅠ The price is between 23 and 4 bucks.

I was searching for an authentic breakfast spot and found Kihei Caffe in out of the articles. It’s definitely worth the visit, food is delicious, super fresh and you have plenty to chose from. From traditional Hawaiian style breakfast to fish and eggs to macadamia nut and banana waffles everything was worth the calories. OJ and lemonade are freshly made which to me is a sign of a great breakfast spot. We’ll be back here tomorrow.
