Kīhei Kalama Village is a lively, open-air shopping and dining area that offers a relaxed, tourist-friendly atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy a variety of shops selling clothing, jewelry, and souvenirs, many featuring handcrafted artwork from local artists. The village has plenty of food trucks and small restaurants, making it easy to find quick bites and local treats. It’s a great place to browse for souvenirs, with a selection of printed Maui clothing and affordable items that often surpass high-end shops. The village also features fun photo opportunities with cool statues and a nostalgic, mom-and-pop shop vibe reminiscent of classic market places. While there are some bugs and basic facilities like small bathrooms, overall, it provides a chill, laid-back experience with lots of options for shopping, entertainment, and capturing memories.
Ohana s is a beautiful place to eat and listen to good music.

There was plenty of cool statues for photo ops. Food trucks galore. Too many bugs around my legs while trying to eat. Food from the thyie restaurant truck was fairly ordinary.
