Hours: Maui Kamaole by Vacasa is a great property in a beautiful area of Kihei, close to the Wailea line. It offers incredible value with more space, better views, and far better value than a hotel. The location is excellent, with convenient beach access, plenty of shopping and eating options within walking distance, and lots of great beaches nearby. The grounds are immaculate, very well maintained, and beautiful. The condos are individually owned, so some units are newer or more updated than others, but they are well-stocked with essentials and thoughtful inclusions like beach equipment, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and snorkeling gear. Units are described as clean, spacious, and offering stunning ocean views from the lanai. The property features beautiful, pristine pools and a hot tub, along with clean, updated grill areas and assigned parking. A consistent note across reviews concerns the strict pool rules, which are actively enforced by security. Quiet times start early, and rules against noise, toys, and games are strictly enforced, with the pool closing exactly at 8:45 PM. Some guests found this enforcement to be off-putting or lacking balance. Minor considerations include that ground-floor units may have thin walls, some window AC units can be disruptive, and televisions can be small. However, these are minor observations in an otherwise wonderful, peaceful, and ideal property. Most guests would absolutely stay again and highly recommend Maui Kamaole for its exceptional value, location, and amenities.
