I had the opportunity and luck to have two solo sessions w. Tracy at the beach villas. A perfectly paced class w/ perspective and direction that helped w/ challenging poses and benefitted my entire practice. A huge highlight of my trip.

I took the Yoga Pilates fusion class with Jem today. It was a tranquil and welcoming environment for all abilities. I felt seen and safe throughout class. Highly recommend this sweet space to those looking for a challenging yet restorative workout!
