Friendly people. Driest fried chicken ever. Bought it about 6 pm thinking that it might be fresh for dinner. It must have been drying out since lunchtime.

Surprisingly minimal stop has some of the best fried chicken on island period. Always fresh and hot!!

i was advised to get spam musubi from minit stop because it's quick, easy, inexpensive, and filling while you're on the go. i was a little skeptical because gas station food is looked down on where i'm from, but the minit stop spam musubi was tasty and ticked every box.
