“I am overall happy with the grocery pick up service. The substitutions are great and I love the little prize they include. One comment though is that twice now they have brought out my groceries in bags missing handles. I am on a walker and have to transport my groceries in two bags at a time holding my bag handles while holding the walker handles. Without handles I have no way to get my food inside my home. I live alone and being able to shop for food pick it up and get it inside and put up myself is critical to my independence. Please store staff- this service is not just about covid safety! Thank you!!”
