What a beautiful selection!! Would highly recommend stopping by and viewing their island-inspired jewelry. Perfect for a memoir of an incredible trip to Maui. Mary Ann was incredibly helpful and kind while I was selecting a pair of earrings. Was greeted immediately within the first 15 seconds of walking in! Could not be happier!!! Thank you Mary Ann!!!!

beautiful jewelry, amazing service! I love Na Hoku and always enjoy visiting a store when I'm in the area. we popped in for a quick peek during a recent shopping trip and had such a great experience. service here is really wonderful. attentive and helpful, not at all pushy. very nice people. we ended up selecting a gorgeous necklace that I'm getting so many compliments on. it's lovely. and I appreciate the time spent helping me get just the right piece, right down to the right chain style to go with it.

I'd give no stars if I could- came in here to look for wedding bands. There was only 1 other customer being helped by an associate (who did greet me). Another associate came out and made a beeline to a haole family that came in well after me. I received no further acknowledgment or service. I'd love to support local but when the service sucks especially for luxury goods, I'll stick to Cartier or Honolulu Jewelry Company for my jewelry needs.

We purchased a wedding band with the Hawaiian vine. We wanted something special to mark the 5th anniversary of our marriage and this classic yet detailed band was perfect. All the ladies at the store were extremely nice and helpful. We had to get the ring sized and they helped us locate the shop close to us in California where we can pickup it up. Great shopping experience and very satisfied with the product fit as well as quality and look.

I am not a jewelry person by any means and this is my first purchase of anything that wasn't just a cheap buy, so let's say this is coming from a rookie. I had been looking for a gift for the past couple of weeks and decided to take a stroll around The Shops at Wailea with zero intention of buying what I did. On my way out, thought I would stop into Na Hoku just to take a look at what they had. Again, I am a rookie at this and in no way do I appear that I belong in a jewelry shop. Walked in wearing a tank top and board shorts covered in sand. First person to greet me was David. Asked if I was looking for anything in particular and responded that I was just looking around. As I was browsing, he asked if I wanted to look at anything or needed pricing, just let him know...in a way that made me feel comfortable shopping and not in a pushy or "I don't belong there" way. As I started to zoom in on a purchase that I hadn't intended on making, but actually found what I was really looking for, he was super helpful. The pendant I was looking at wasn't in stock but had one available at another location and could get it in a couple days. When it came to chains, I wasn't really seeing anything I really loved until Tina mentioned another chain. Way more than I wanted to spend on a chain but was just the look I liked...thanks a lot Tina:). Two days later, sooner than I expected, I went to pick up the necklace. They recognized me upon arrival, I think a rarity at this time of year but I do stick out a bit, and got everything gift wrapped and ready to go. Just want to say thank you for all the help and selling me what I really think I was looking for and not judging a book by its cover. It's a rarity these days and I really appreciate it. I will be back for sure...maybe for the matching bracelet!! Mahalo!!

This is such a great store! Incredible jewelry (waterfall collection, wave collection, horizon collection, etc, etc,...) that perfectly captures the beauty and spirit of Hawaii. Great staff that is always willing to help (Mahalo MaryAnn)! The store is located in the incredible shops of wailea and is truly a gem. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I just finished perusing about an hour ago. We had a delightful experience in there. Manager MaryAnn Yanos was a charming and gracious host and we did not feel overpressured. We are considering a ruby ring that she showed us.

We had a great experience shopping for our wedding bands, we misjudged our sizing preference and were able to come back later that day for different sizes and it was no problem! The team is kind and we didn’t feel pressured at all.

Its been a while since I bought some jewelry from Na Hoku, but I was due. I can't remember the last time I bought some heirloom jewelry. Bracelets seem to be in style, so I bought a silver bracelet w/ koa wood inlay. BTW, koa wood has significant spiritual meaning to Hawaiians. For a young kane (man), he would have carved his first canoe out of koa wood. Lastly, koa wood is known as eternity wood bc of its strength. Tina was super nice and helpful when I arrived at the Shops at Wailea location one hour before closing. In addition to the bracelet, I special ordered a piece of heirloom jewelry. It took a while to find the right piece, proper size and choose the etching that I wanted. However, the reason that this is 4 Stars vs 5 Stars, is that I had to follow up on the status of my special order. I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery. When 3 weeks hit I contacted Na Hoku. One day later, I received a notice that my order will be delivered in two more days. I would have expected more proactive communication when they are outside their time delivery window. Nonetheless, Na Hoku is the only place I buy jewelry. Its no wonder its Hawai'i's favorite, and has been in biz for almost 100 years!

I looove this jewelry store! This location in particular is one of their larger ones and has a wide variety of selection. It's located upstairs in the Shops at Wailea. They have really cute pendants and earrings. My Sweetie took me here as a surprise. He saw an ad that quickly played on the Hawaiian Airlines TV as we were flying to Maui. The ad was advertising a flip flop pendant and he thought that is totally me. So I guess this particular ad had a strong subliminal message because it worked! The sales people were quite friendly and not at all pushy. They allowed us to browse the entire store without pushing any sales pitch on us. There were cute flower pendants and earrings. I also loved the turtle pendants and earrings. There were so many choices! My Sweetie led me to the Flip Flops section and I was sold! There are so many different types of stones inlayed into the flip flops. There were yellow gold and white gold options. The straps had small diamonds. They were all so beautiful! The salesperson assisting us was very patient with me. I couldn't make up my mind. She allowed me to try on varying necklace / pendant combos. I finally decided on a white gold one with an abalone inlay and tiny diamonds on the strap. I wore it immediately! The total came out to a little over $600, which we thought was a fair price. I loved the box, packaging, etc. It even came with a card telling me about "flip flops" -- cute! I really enjoyed the service we received and the attention to detail. I highly recommend this jewlery store!
