“Very nice staff and clean post office. I went in and there was a decent line, but it went by quickly. The employees were super nice and postmarked all of my postcards. Parking can get a little tricky, but there are other parking lots nearby if it’s busy.”
“Excellent little all service post office. Big parking lot and the line, if there is one, moves quickly. the staff are professional and always friendly and helpful.”
“Decent for a post office, and they have a nice dry building and grounds. I've had to take shelter from bad weather a few times, and the workers were real nice. And after hours there is a lot of covered area to take shelter in.”

“Friendly helpful staff, but I'm really let down by the fact that there's no label vending machine like most other post offices. I usually don't need service in person and would happily skip the line and use a machine to get an accurate weight and measurement for my packages.”
“90%+ of the staff at the Kula post office are great however there is one individual who has no respect, is downright rude and ignores clients. He has no people skills and the thing is, we all pay taxes which therefore means that we pay the staff salaries and by definition, they work for us, that's right, as they are offering a service to us but this one dud, man! He certainly is not at the right place he should be working in a non public interacting position.”
