I went in a few stores debating on getting a new wallet and wasn’t getting much luck from other stores at the mall helping me out, probably because I’m younger and i might not look like i could guarantee a sale for them.I went in Prada and Linda was awesome!!! Super patient with me showing me a bunch of options similar to ones i liked and i walked out of there with a wallet i loved and happy even though and i just dropped a ton of money :)

This place opens later then all the other luxury shops, on the day we waited they opened late. What kinda threw me off is instead of coming to the door, the lady just held up two fingers to let me know what time they opened. Once me and my party entered it was a very bare store, zero help as the lady with glasses and the younger gentleman just kind of stared at us. Oh well, we spent our money where we felt welcomed at Gucci and BV next door.

While my wife and I were in Maui celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary we went in to the Prada store in grand Wailea and the hospitality that was given to us was by far the best I have ever received. While living in Boca Raton for the last 35 years and surrounded by multiple high-end shopping malls in South Florida nothing can compare to the way we were treated at the Prada store. They were kind, polite, courteous, and most important generous in the way they shed their love and respect for us. I want to say thank you to the store members and employees and their management team and while you’re there make sure you stop and they are amazing

We are locals and have visited Prada many times but have never had such an awkward and uncomfortable experience. The sales associates seemed annoyed (older women with glasses and soft spoken younger man) that we were there and didn't even greet us, just kind of gave us silent stares like we shouldn't have walked in there. It was extremely uncomfortable and we just got a very negative vibe, we left and spent the three grand somewhere else. Maybe they could work on being a little nicer to the people that try to buy things from their store? Idk. If you don't look like you have money they probably won't treat you very nicely. do better!

As a long term Prada customer who has dealt with various stores across Europe, mainland USA and Canada I wish I could give the associate I dealt with a 0 star. I went into the store with a pair of broken glasses, the frame had fallen right out. In the incident where this happened previously it was taken care of simply and clearly and kindly by the amazing staff at the Prada Bloor location. When I explained to Linda what the issue was she was extremely dismissive simply handed me her card with a number on the back to call Luxottica to set up a repair, told me that the prada stores do not ship and handle repairs personally and was extremely dismissive and rude; it was like she couldn't be bothered to even listen to the issue and made us feel so uncomfortable we left the store immediately. I simply called Prada (Toronto, Bloor street) spoke with an associate there, was able to communicate through WhatsApp (as I always have through the associates in Amsterdam and Toronto stores) and they told me to ship my glasses to their store, and they would be replaced and sent back to me at no cost. Perhaps Linda thought I was a tourist who broke their glasses on vacation and not a returning client of many years, but why should that define how you treat a customer walking through your doors.

Wow what an awesome place to shop! I don't know what they make these bags out of or where, but dang if they aren't some of the best most well made products on the face of the universe. Just saying the word "Prada" itself is so much fun; it has a homophonic rhyme and dance to the linguistics aspect of the establishment - really synchronizes well with the playful design and quality of the bags themselves. The other fashion accessories are all top notch too. Go on, check it out, and make sure to buy something!

I guess I don't understand expensive containers to hold that which is necessary. But since they asked...I guarantee this establishment will hold the quality products, in the latest fashion, and will probably be a memorable gift for that beautiful at your side. Perhaps this is enough and worth the cost?

Super happy with my husband's 40th birthday present. I want a luxury bag and everybody I know has LV but I love Prada. And the sales associate her name is Linda is amazing. She is very professional. When I told her I will come back but not sure, she said of course feel free to go around. Very professional, not pushy at all. My bag is the last piece of the design. So, I am hoping nothing is wrong with it. I would probably not get it but I am very excited about it haha I don't think I will regret getting it. It is probably the only one I will be using every chance I get.

First of all, disregard the poor review below complaining about the return policy. Anybody who shops at luxury stores is fully aware of the limited return policies. Many designers won't even allow store credit, only exchanges within a couple days, if that. Now let me tell you about my experience at Prada in the Shops at Wailea. From the moment that i walked in, Charles earned a gold star in my book. He was very genuine & i knew he wanted me to leave with something that i loved. I felt no pressure at all to purchase anything from the beginning either. I had fun the whole time Charles was showing me different options that weren't even out on the floor. One helpful tip he gave me is that prices on Maui are about 10% lower than the rest of the U.S. plus sales tax is only 4% which can save you a ton! He also told me that once i was back home, if i ever want to order from the Maui location, i can have it shipped to my house in order to take advantage of the lower pricing!
