“Rented our Maui getaway with PMI and it was everything we were hoping for and more. Loved our stay at Hale Kamaole. The unit was perfect for our family of 4. Loved the fact that two out of the three bedrooms had king sized beds. The condo was beautifully decorated! Would definitely stay here again and use PMI Maui.”

“I was looking to purchase a rental property in Maui, as it is my favorite island in HI. This would be my first property in the state, and living on the mainland, it was definitely a scary idea. I found Howard on Yelp, and his reviews were so stellar that I felt confident in at least giving this investment a shot, and boy was I right. Howard knows the island in and out. It seems like he knows every property, every realtor, and every property manager on the island, and he is a very fair agent. He wants the seller and buyer to leave happy, something very uncommon in today's market. Howard was extremely responsive, and visited property's same day when we felt we needed to be aggressive. I successfully purchased a place in Maui within a month of meeting Howard, and he connected me with a stellar property manager to help me moving forward. I would recommend Howard to all new and experienced home buyers!”

“Thad Marckesano with Kokua Realty has been exceptional! I had moved to Maui twice in the last 2 years and Thad was there for me both times! He was always quick to help me, gave me options and found affordable places for me to live! He is professional, kind, and goes out of his way to make sure I was always taken care of with any of my needs!! He is the best!!! Thank you, Thad!”
