Great place to rent snorkel equipment.
The lady in kihei was super friendly and we chatted for quite some time after renting our gear.
Prices are affordable and its easy to return everything as there are other locations around maui.
Recommend upgrading the snorkel itself if you plan on doing lots of snorkelling! It has the feature that helps keep water from flowing back into the breathing tube.
We have used this place for years and never have any problems with the gear!

Worked with Dolly and she was great- radiated positive energy.
Helped us get the best option for a beach umbrella and gear. We went with the Neso sunshade and it worked well in the wind compared to the traditional stick umbrellas.
Lots of locations to return the rentals to if you’re moving around the island.

Snorkeling this week was not going to be good. The guy told us not to waste the money on renting equipment and come back if the weather has improved. Loved the honesty.

We rented snorkeling gear from Snorkel bob for a week. They explained everything about the gear and also recommended snorkeling spots based on the conditions that day.
In the middle of the week, our gear had minor wear and tear. They replaced it without any questions in this location (we had rented it from the Napili location).
Highly recommended!

Had an okay experience, the snorkel fins didn't fit my wife and I very well but the employee that fitted us said they would be fine. After about 30 minutes of snorkelling our feet were hurting and soon after that we had blisters from the fins being too tight. We still had a great time (because it's Maui of course) but I'm not sure if I could recommend Snorkel Bob's when there were so many other snorkel shops. But it also could have just been the employee that did not fit us right.

The guy with Star Wars tattoos was our customer representative this morning and he was rude and condescending to my family. He made fun of one of our boys for not knowing his shoe size. He was also argumentative and we did nothing to provoke this behavior. It was 9 AM.

Jarrod booked a snorkel tour to Molokini for us on very short notice (and only on a certain day of that week) for 6 people, including a 9 year old. He investigated it for us and then called me back with the options. It was at a better price than others and perfectly met our needs! The snorkel gear I rented was of high quality, but the attention he gave me was superb!!!
