Nightmare to deal with - they should not be allowed to operate in Hawaii

Spectrum is an absolute scam. They charged me for two months of internet I never had because they never ran a line to my house. The equipment sat there completely unusable, yet they still billed me over $150. When I went to the store to question it, the rep was incredibly rude and told me it was “common knowledge” that I’d have to pay just for having the equipment. Common knowledge? That makes no sense when I didn’t even have service connected. To make things worse, they threatened to send it to collections if I didn’t pay. Imagine being penalized for something you never even received. Terrible company, terrible customer service avoid Spectrum at all costs.

Terrible service. Spectrum piles on hidden fees, charges you even when the internet isn’t working, and their customer service is beyond rude. No technician was ever available to set up my service, but they still expected payment. Avoid this company if you can. Hawaiian Telcom is the way to go

I appreciate that no one really "likes" the cable company but I've had to go in for equipment replacement twice in the past two weeks. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. I was in and out in about ten minutes. I was very impressed.

I never would recommend Spectrum. The incompetence i have experienced can't be matched by any standards. To many mistakes where made. Not only from this particular store, but online as well overcharging, wrong service, uninterested salesperson, oviesly untrained or not enough,, in the Kihei store, the list goes on....On top of it when I asked for a supervisor, I was told twice in different locations that they are not available. Bottom line: if you can stay away from them.....?

I’d drive the extra few miles to town over using this location. There’s one guy (with the cool accent) that’s always helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the other reps display ZERO customer service etiquette. Unless you have plenty of time, skip going to this store

I was told by their Retention Department that the charges will be $29.99TV+$29.99Internet+$5 &$23.20 sercharge. But when the bill came, they added on time $59.99 charge. On top they didn't provide the services that we signed up for. For 3 weeks, we was not able to watch any TV. The internet wes slower than the turtle crawling.

My TV was shutting down. The younger female representative that was helping me provided me with a HDMI cable and said if this doesn't take care of the problem come back in and let her know. My problem is solved. A special thank you to the wonderful person that helped me. Good job.

Awesome customer service! Gentleman that helped me Straight forward and easy to talk to. U won’t dread having to go in to the shop, they got you!! Kihei is the best location, no need go town or call just check these guys out. U guys rock!!! Mahaloz!!!
