I’d drive the extra few miles to town over using this location. There’s one guy (with the cool accent) that’s always helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the other reps display ZERO customer service etiquette. Unless you have plenty of time, skip going to this store

I was told by their Retention Department that the charges will be $29.99TV+$29.99Internet+$5 &$23.20 sercharge. But when the bill came, they added on time $59.99 charge. On top they didn't provide the services that we signed up for. For 3 weeks, we was not able to watch any TV. The internet wes slower than the turtle crawling.

Staff was excellent. Impressed with internet speed and ease of self setup. Had a few questions and their customer support line took care of it right away.

My TV was shutting down. The younger female representative that was helping me provided me with a HDMI cable and said if this doesn't take care of the problem come back in and let her know. My problem is solved. A special thank you to the wonderful person that helped me. Good job.

Awesome customer service! Gentleman that helped me Straight forward and easy to talk to. U won’t dread having to go in to the shop, they got you!! Kihei is the best location, no need go town or call just check these guys out. U guys rock!!! Mahaloz!!!

Charged me for service for days in 2022 and 2023 even though I haven't lived in Maui since 2012. I think they even thought it was funny as I heard someone laughing in the background. They sent the bill to collections instead of trying to contact me directly even though my phone number was on the account and my partner's email was on the account. My partner had tried tireless to close the account. I highly recommend looking into internet services elsewhere for a company that is better to work with.

Returned a cable box that was overheating every time I turned it on. Was given a new cable box, and this one will only play in the NFL channel 24/7. Had to get a tech to come "fix" the problem. Now the guide channel is two hours ahead and they want to send another tech out... only then have no appointments after 4 pm for the foreseeable future. This company is a joke.
