Friendly staff and clean location upstairs. Cigar humidor needs some TLC as cigars were dried out and not a good seal for the sliding glass doors that enclosed the space.

Great selection, terrible customer service. If your job can be done by any high school student at least do the ONE thing that’s required and be helpful. If you can’t manage to at least be a pleasant human being learn an actual skill. Never giving this place another dime. I miss west side vibes .

Phenomenal shop with TONS of premium gear. The service was first class, they set me up with everything I needed in about 3 min. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. They also have a great selection of cigars!!! 10/10 highly recommend.
