Giving them 5 stars, but just note, they are NOT open on Sundays. Even if it says it on Google and their Open sign is lit up. Call ahead as is the case with most Maui service businesses. The hours on their door look to be accurate.

Very impressed!I walked in not sure exactly what I wanted to do, just knowing I needed a cut.Patrick immediately set me at ease, answered all of my questions and gave me suggestions on what could look good. He checked in with me as he cut it to be sure I was happy and even got me water and set the radio to my favorite station!I'm so glad I found this place and have a hairstylist right near my house!Services: Hairstyling

Fantastic haircut for my curly haired daughter! It is not easy to cut her hair well. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Maui. Extremely reasonable pricing for kids haircut as well.

I am very picky about my color and I have been waiting years to find a colorist that could wow me. Patrick is it. I had him cover my grey outgrowth and blonde highlights with rose gold accents. I am totally in love with his result. Go to him and you won't be disappointed.

It was very easy to organize an appointment via text with Patrick in his tiny 1 man salon, and there is easy parking in the market car park. My daughter has very long hair and it needed a good 4 to 5 inches trimmed off which Patrick did happily, adding long layers and a shaved nape to take out the bulkiness and keep her cool. He even added a cute spur of the moment diamond design in the shave which rocks! Luckily my daughter had wet hair from her shower that morning as Patrick didn't wash her hair. I'm not sure if that is because of Covid or because there was a water leak from next door causing problems the day we visited. You may want to call and check before you visit. Pricing was competitive compared to other salons on the island and Patrick was very welcoming and friendly.

Patrick is AMAZING and listens!!! Anyone that has been through a cut where they don't, knows the pains. Wanted a fun change and Patrick delivered. Knowledge on the products used, laughs and a lightweight experience. Pun intended. Liked it so much, I'm setting an appointment to have some fun with color (his specialty!) 10/10 would reccomend

I absouletly love Strandz!! Really great atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly. I love the decor and love my hair dresser Meg. She's the best and very understanding and she really listens to what you want and never disappoints. So if you haven't tried Strandz Salon make sure you do and ask for Meg!!

Cute spot near the beach in Kihei. Patrick did a great job braiding my hair. Made good time too. I was fortunate to get a same day appt. Super friendly and great customer service. If I lived on Maui, would definitely be back
