Service was fast/friendly in store. I was shopping for home Internet. Got my modem and fast sign up quick. It was easy and fast to set up at home. It's a good enough signal for basic home Wi-Fi, it will not be sufficient for online gaming. The signal says "Excellent" from the app and unit. With streaming from WiFi to my TV, (as the modem itself is running from T-Mobile Wireless service, it's WiFi to Wi-Fi), Amazon Prime got glitchy at parts for video, but sound kept up. I then plugged in an Ethernet cable directly from the modem to the TV, it was better, but still spotty on occasion; I made sure all other WiFi devices were off to allow full bandwidth. I'd hate to have to go back to Spectrum, but options are limited on Maui.

Bryden was very unprofessional and rude when i asked him to add another line for my mom to my account.The other customer service guy was trying to help me but Bryden cut him off instead of trying to teching him what to do. After 15 years as a customer for this company i asked Bryden to provide me with my transferring pin so i can change company.

The employees at the Kihei store were all phenomenal. Very informative with all of their products and still continue to provide the Aloha Spirit. Im kama’aina, however, moved to the mainland and visit the islands a few times a year because my family lives here. We’ve been loyal to T-Mobile for over 15+ years!! I’ve been seeing Kim who had helped my family and I with our phone necessities for many of years. She provides excellent one-on-one service. Very knowledgeable about the products, patient, focused, great technical skills and most of all treated us with care and kindness. English is a second language for my parents, she is extremely respectful and understanding when trying to clarify our concerns. Whether I am in Hawai’i or not, I know if my parents do need any help with any T-Mobile needs, I know they are in good hands when seeing her! The process of updating our family new phones were a breeze. Go see Kim! Thank You so much for your help! Will be coming to you again! :)

Your staff are like verbal masseurs - friendly, soft spoken, understanding, patient, and connected. Unfortunately it appears to be in the interest of both Verizon and T-mobile to spend hours on the phone with customers and somehow pleasantly not provide adequate assistance or resolve the problem. The companies must be making money on the float . It's akin to kiting checks but they shamelessly consume your life's time and it's reprehensible. They have you over a barrel because it's difficult to live in the modern world without a phone . SHAME.

At first i felt like they didn't like me one bit or trust me. Very standoffish. The staff was beautiful and knowledgeable. They helped me and worked through my issue. I love smart people.
