Second time I have scheduled a cleaning and nobody shows. I had scheduled this with Hans last week, the first time I didn’t leave a review I thought things happen. This morning my Detailer’s never showed. I called Hans with no answer. The second time I called somebody answered and then hung up. Ben was punctual, even ahead of our start time, showed up with everything he needed to do the job. The results exceeded expectations. I had a ton of dog hair and my Mercedes has premium finishes and he tackled the job quickly with incredible results. Hans the owner sent out a guy named Mike who did a killer job on my Fird Fiesta! Not only did he professionally detailed inside of it he also pressure wash the outside and then completely waxed the vehicle from top to bottom including the glass and then he buffed it all off I couldn’t ask for a better job from anyone! These guys take their job seriously! I drive a Pearl white SUV Lexus with white leather. So, you must know I love clean! Know this business had the BEST PRICE at a TIME CONVENIENT TO ME, and they sent Adam with the BEST ATTITUDE who answered all my questions. He noticed every detail! Quick detailing service. Cheaper than other options, but, like most things, you get what you pay for. Forgive the pun, but the attention to detail is not great. I specifically pointed out hard water stains that I wanted removed, but this wasnt done until I came to pick up the vehicle and stood there and pointed each area out. Same with the wheels, they got a quick powerwash, but werent even wiped down until I asked for it. If you can afford a little more money and maybe wait for an appointment, suggest you shop around.
