Their delivery protocol is absolutely terrible. I get my prescriptions mail and have to immediately in the refrigerator. My first shipment went great but after that my packages are delivered at random times and dates with no notification like the fist package. Mailing someone $700 worth of medication that must be refrigerated and not notifying the customer is bad business. To make things worse every time I call the lady in customer service acts like she could care less. I called Friday to try to verify when my prescriptions would be shipped and they told me after the new year. Then when I called on the second they said it was delivered on the 31st. How could one day go by and my delivery date changes without notification. This place sucks and I won’t do business with my doctor anymore if this is the only provider they are willing to use.

All friendly staff happy to see you every time. They are truly there to help, whether is with medication, supplements. This is not your usual big corp pharmacy, is a complete enjoyable visit to the pharmacy.

Staff here are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I went in looking for a brace for my healing broken wrist and they took the time to help me find the one that was perfect for my type of injury. Also, the only compound pharmacy on Maui that I know of.

This is the nicest Pharmacy I’ve ever been in. It’s a very special place
The people here are so nice. What a difference it makes from going into a big pharmacy like Walmart. They give you personal service and they even help my friend get a knee brace. Emily measured him up and got him the right size of the knee brace.
All the people in The pharmacy are helpful, courteous, and professional. They have everything here and are it truly is the one stop shop.
I buy gifts here for people because they have such nice stuff. I. Bought handmade earrings at Christmas that somebody had made for the store. They also have wonderful dog toys.
In addition to prescriptions, they have wonderful gifts, and lots of supplements. I couldn’t believe they actually had the test for NAD. I was researching it and trying to figure out How to get a test and there it was in their pharmacy. (Supplement)
Another thing I haven’t mentioned is that they’re very happy to order things if you ask them to get it for you. They also text you when your prescription is finished and that’s very helpful.

I have a vacation that starts tomorrow and asked for a compound to be ready in less than a day! I'm not sure if it will be ready but they are willing to try and facilitate a fast turnaround and are very polite and helpful. Thank you for the experience.

This pharmacy is full of aloha. Everyone working here is always so friendly and helpful. They bend over backwards to make sure you get what you need at the best price, and in a timely manner. The fact that we get to support a family-owned and operated business here on Maui is a huge bonus!!
