“I am building a home as an owner builder in Captain Cook Hawaii. I contacted Gabe Gray, with Pacific Source in Washington State about getting a quote for a lumber order. Window order. Fleetwood Door order and Simpson strong tie connectors. Gabe gave me excellent service regarding all the quotes. He was very knowledgeable about all the products. He followed up on everything, answered all my questions, returned all my phone calls and e mails. I placed the first order for lumber and Simpson strong tie connectors. The lumber and connectors arrived yesterday on time. There was good communication with the staff here on the island. Everything was delivered to the site and placed right where I wanted it. There was some damage to a beam, most likely from a forklift. Gabe has been in contact with me and told me to let him know if anything needs to be replaced. I would like to Thank Gabe for his effort's. I have also placed an order for Fleetwood doors which are very expensive. I plan on writing another review when they arrive.
