I have spent over 100 hours in the Pilates studio getting private instruction from Paloma, she is a fantastic instructor and has facilitated personal gains I never thought possible. I highly recommend Paloma. Work for it.

I was so happy to be able to continue my Pilates while visiting Kauai for a two week vacation. The studio was beautiful and very clean. Classes were wonderful. Will definitely come back next year when we come back to Kauai.
