NOT 24 hours.
C-Store CLOSED when we arrived at 830 on a Tuesday after driving 15 minutes to get there.
This review forwarded a message to the corporate website. It was difficult to connect with a complaint there. Upon finally doing so, they apologized and said this location was an independent dealer and corporate could not help, and referred me back to the location. POOR customer service.

Please update your operation hours, this is not nice to say you are 24/7, tourists ends up with no gas.
People have been complaining about it for a long time in your reviews.

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS! Came here at 9:45pm on a Monday with little gas only to find it was closed. Not sure when it closes but I would not expect to be able to get gas here past 8 or 9pm. Next closest gas station that was open was a 30 minute drive to Kapa’a (at an Aloha mart that is labeled as a Sunoco on Google maps).

The station says it’s open 24 hours but upon arriving at 10 o’clock at night this station was closed and all pumps were shut off. I drove a long way because this station said it was open 24 hours. Very disappointing.

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. Drove here on no gas because it said it was open. It was closed by 8pm. Now we have to drive the 37 minutes back tomorrow on even less gas during operating hours.
Looking forward to the meaningless Ai generated response from Shell to this review asking “what happened?”

Google shouldn't be advertising this place. Clearly chose to list 24 to convince tourists to drive there at night. THIS ESTABLISHMENT AINT 24 HOURS. Dont waste your time driving here. Absolute liars

Says it’s open 24 hours and clearly not open 24 hours as I drove over on low gas at 8 pm to the employees leaving and the pumps off. Change your hours on Google.

Google has hours listed as 24 hours. Showed up here on a Friday night at 8:18 pm and staff is locking up saying they close at 8:00pm. Pumps were locked. Hours are not accurate.

Shitty part about this pls e is you gotta walk into the mini mart to pay cash and the line takes forever. Then when u pay at pump
With card it jams up ! N gas is way too expensive . Just like everywhere else.
